Introduction & Important Information

This manual provides essential information and helpful tips for a smoother and more enjoyable assembly process. Please read and understand this owner's manual thoroughly before beginning construction.

An assembly video is available; please scan the QR code provided on the first page to access it.

IMPORTANT: Retain this manual for future reference. Read carefully.

Area of Installation Requirement

A good location for the storage building is a square and level area with good drainage.

Dimensions:

  • Footprint: 277cm (Length) x 117cm (Width)
  • Overall Height (Front): 173cm
  • Side Height: 151cm
  • Roof Width: 130cm

A strong plastic sheet (thickness: at least 150µm) should be placed under the foundation to assist in reducing rising dampness from the soil, thus reducing condensation build-up in the shed. Your storage building must be anchored to prevent wind damage. Once secured, it is highly recommended to apply silicone along the inside of the base rail to minimize condensation.

Parts and Parts List

Before you start, separate and identify all the parts and hardware to ensure you have all the necessary components. If you find that a part is missing, please notify the seller within one week after receiving the product. Do not attempt to assemble the building if parts are missing, as any building left partially assembled may be seriously damaged by light winds.

Note: Please tear off the safety protection layer before assembly. Keep part number labels if needed.

Safety First!

  1. Select a dry and calm day for your assembly. Teamwork (two or more people) is required.
  2. Wear safety gloves, eye protection, and long sleeves to prevent injury. Pay attention to sharp edges on some parts.
  3. Children and pets are not allowed on the construction site.
  4. Never concentrate your total weight on the roof of the building. When using a step ladder, ensure it is safe.

Care & Maintenance

  1. Keep the shed clean with a soft cloth, using water if necessary.
  2. Keep door tracks clear of dirt and other debris to ensure easy sliding.
  3. Clear snow with necessary tools to ensure safe entry. Heavy snow may cause collapse; ensure safety before entering.
  4. The shed is not designed for living but for storing items.
  5. Add oil to the top and bottom door sliding channels to make doors slide smoothly.
