- Dial: Used to customize the watering schedule. Options include CLOCK, SET CLOCK, AUTO, OFF, TIME, START TIME, HOW LONG, and HOW OFTEN.

Quick Start Guide
Installing the Batteries
- Slide or pull out the battery tray from the back of the timer.
- Insert two AA (1.5V) alkaline batteries (not included).
- Replace the battery tray, ensuring it is fully inserted for water resistance and optimal battery life. A fully inserted tray will lock in place.
Note: Used batteries must be removed and disposed of properly. Remove batteries at the end of the watering season and replace them with new ones at the beginning of the next season. Replace batteries when the low battery icon appears.

Set Clock:
- Turn the dial to SET CLOCK.
- Use the +/- buttons to set the current time of day, including AM and PM.
- Turn the dial to save changes.
Start Time:

Additional Features
Rain Delay
Rain delay allows you to postpone watering for a set period. To activate:
- With the dial on AUTO, press the + button to select a delay of 24 hrs, 48 hrs, or 72 hrs.
- The screen will flash between the clock and the hours remaining before the programmed cycle resumes.
- To cancel the rain delay, turn the dial to OFF and then back to AUTO.
Manual/Hand Watering
This feature allows watering without interrupting your set schedule. To activate:
- With the dial on AUTO, press the MANUAL button.
- Use the + and - buttons to select the watering time, from 1 to 240 minutes.
Note: There may be a slight delay between pressing the manual button and watering starting. To stop manual watering, turn the dial to OFF. Turning the dial back to AUTO resumes your programmed schedule.
Turning the dial to OFF at any time will reset the timer's internal timing for the day, canceling all scheduled watering times until the next programmed START TIME. If you turn the dial back to AUTO after turning it to OFF, watering will only resume the following day at your set START TIME.
Example: If your schedule is START TIME 6:00 AM with HOW OFTEN set to 6-hour intervals, and you turn the dial to OFF at 10:00 AM, the timer will not water until 6:00 AM the next day. Watering times at 12:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 12:00 AM for the current day will be cancelled.
