Armor All 5-Week Satisfaction Guarantee
These Terms and Conditions govern the Armor All 5-Week Satisfaction Guarantee Promotion.
Terms and Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions and the Claim form contain the entire understanding and agreement between the Promoter and the Claimant in relation to the Armor All 5 Week Satisfaction Guarantee. Entry into the Promotion is deemed an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Claims are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- The Armor All 5 Week Satisfaction Guarantee is valid only for Armor All Podium Series products purchased at participating Supercheap Auto (Armor All Podium Series™ | Supercheap Auto) during the Purchase Period (June 12, 2025, to July 12, 2025). To participate, Claimant must submit the Claim Form located at https://armorallpodiumseries.com/en-AU/contact no later than August 12, 2025. Incomplete or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
- The Promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and above. Corporations, companies, body corporate bodies, groups, organizations, and other corporate or non-corporate bodies are not eligible.
- Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, its retail partners, and associated agencies are ineligible. Immediate family includes spouse, de-facto spouse, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or first cousin.
- To be eligible for a refund, Claimants must:
- Trial the Eligible Product for at least 20 days from the date of purchase.
- If not completely satisfied, the Claimant must:
- Visit and follow the prompts on the claim page: https://armorallpodiumseries.com/en-AU/contact
- Input requested details: full name, contact number, valid email address, postal address, exact Eligible Product purchased, and date of purchase.
- Upload a copy of their purchase receipt showing the retailer, purchase date, product purchased, and spend amount.
- Submit the fully completed online claim form.
- Claimants must retain their original purchase receipt and Eligible Product packaging as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase may result in claim invalidation. The purchase receipt must clearly specify Super Cheap Auto as the seller and the purchase date within the Purchase Period.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Claims and Claimants and to disqualify any Claimant who breaches these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the claim process, or engages in misconduct. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure to enforce rights does not constitute a waiver.
- Refunds will be issued once the Promoter receives:
- the original purchase receipt; and
- the completed Satisfaction Guarantee Online Claim Form with a Claim ID Number.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a pre-paid debit card. Claimants must ensure all personal details provided are correct. The Promoter is not responsible for banking institution rejection of EFT payment or costs associated with locating lost monies.
- Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks from the time the Promoter approves the Claimant's Claim Form for payment of the refund.
- The refund amount cannot be transferred, exchanged for any other product, or claimed at point of purchase. Customer to Pay for Postage Costs.
- If the Claim is interfered with or not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control (including technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or fraud), the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Claimant, or modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the offer.
- These Terms and Conditions do not limit, exclude, or modify statutory consumer guarantees. Neither party will be liable for consequential loss, special or indirect loss, loss of profit, benefit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, savings, reputation, or data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity, or otherwise.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions of telephone networks, computer online systems, servers, providers, equipment, software, or failure of email or Claim Form receipt due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any Website, or injury or damage to computer related to participation or downloading materials.
- Any costs incurred by the Claimant associated with claiming the Promotion, including accessing the Armor All website and telephone enquiries, are the sole responsibility of the Claimant.
- A party's liability for any liability in relation to these Terms and Conditions will be reduced proportionately to the extent the relevant liability was caused or contributed to by the acts or omissions of the other party, including any failure by that other party to take reasonable steps to mitigate its loss.
- The Promoter collects, uses, and handles personal information ("PI") in accordance with Armor All' Privacy Policy (available at https://energizergrouplegal.com/Energizer-Privacy-Notice-USA.html).
- The Promoter is Energizer Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 003 539 026, ABN 91 0035 390 26), Level 2 11 Murray Rose Ave, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127, Australia. Claims will be processed by the same.
- The Promoter may, at any time and in its sole discretion, vary these Terms and Conditions by publishing the varied terms and conditions on its website and any collateral attached to the Promotion. By submitting a Claim after varied terms and conditions have been published, the Claimant is deemed to have accepted them.
