Assembly Instructions
IMPORTANT: Adult assembly is required. Read all instructions carefully before assembly and keep them for future reference. Inspect all parts for damage before use.
Playard Assembly
- Unzip the storage bag and remove the playard frame. Undo the three (3) fastening straps and set the mattress aside. Do not push the center down yet.
- Ensure all four (4) top rails are fully erected and locked. Pull each rail up sharply, holding both sides, ensuring tubes latch securely. The center must be raised while locking rails. If a rail does not lock, release and try again.
- Once all top rails are locked, push down on the center handle. The center mechanism will rotate 90 degrees clockwise and lock. Test each rail by pushing down slightly to confirm it is rigid and secure.
- Place the mattress on the playard floor with the padded side facing up.
- Insert the three (3) Velcro® straps on the underside of the mattress through the slots in the playard floor. Fasten the straps to the underside of the floor to secure the mattress. Ensure the center handle remains raised while locking side rails.
- To operate the brakes on the wheels, press down on the brake levers. To release, lift the lever upward.
Folding the Playard
- Release the three (3) Velcro® straps holding the mattress. Do not unlock top rails yet; the center floor must be raised first.
- Rotate the center handle counter-clockwise 90 degrees and raise the center as high as the top rails. Gather legs and wheels towards the center.
- Locate the rail latch release in the center and bottom side of each rail. Squeeze the lever with two hands until the rail releases the two tubes, then push down. If rails do not release completely, lift the center floor higher. Both tubes must be released for the top rail to fold.
- Gather the four (4) corners and center tightly. Wrap the mattress around the playard frame with the padded side inward. Secure the three (3) hook and loop straps by feeding them through the loops on the mattress end and folding them back.
- Secure the three (3) hook and loop straps on the mattress end. Place the folded playard into the carry bag.
Bassinet Assembly
ATTENTION: The playard must be fully assembled and locked before installing the bassinet. You may need to remove the playard mattress.
- Position the bassinet over and down into the fully assembled playard. Secure by pushing down firmly on each plastic support clip until all are snapped into place.
- Align the mattress support tubes with the holes in the front frame assembly. Insert the assembled mattress support tubes into the loops on the bottom of the bassinet.
- Place the mattress into the bassinet with the padded side facing upward. Fasten tabs underneath the mattress to secure it.
TO REMOVE BASSINET: Remove mattress and canopy. Unsnap all clips and lift the bassinet.
Diaper Stacker Assembly
- Connect the diaper stacker to the playard by sliding the two (2) connecting clips over an open portion of the top rail. Ensure clips attach easily without interfering with other features.
Mobile Assembly
ATTENTION: The crib mobile is for visual stimulation only and should not be grasped by the child. Remove the mobile when the baby begins to push up on hands and knees. Mount on wall or ceiling if designed for standing baby's reach. Always attach fasteners tightly and check frequently. Do not add extra strings or straps. Do not attach the mobile with the child in the playard or bassinet.
- Insert the Mobile Lower Arm (a) into the Mobile Arm Holder (b) until they lock together.
- Insert the Mobile Upper Curved Arm (c) into the Mobile Lower Arm (a, b) until locked.
- Snap the Mobile Tri-shaped Arm (d) onto the end of the Upper Curved Arm (a, b, c). Connect the three (3) toys (e) to the mobile by threading the string into the slot at the end of each arm.
- Insert the bottom of the mobile arm into the playard frame.
