Product Overview
The QCY H2 Pro headphones feature an adjustable slider and a folding bracket for portability.
Key components include:
- Multifunctional button
- Volume +/- buttons

Connection
To connect the headset, power it on. It will automatically enter connectable mode. On your phone, search for "QCY H2 Pro" and connect.
The headset automatically reconnects to the last used device if available. To disconnect from a connected device, hold the multifunctional button for four seconds.
Powering On: Press and hold the multifunctional button for two seconds. The LED will blink red and white.
Multi-Point Connection
The headset can connect to two devices simultaneously. First, connect to Device A. Then, turn off Bluetooth on Device A, and the headset will enter connectable mode (indicated by blinking red and blue LEDs). On Device B, search for "QCY H2 Pro" and connect. Finally, turn on Bluetooth on Device A and connect it to the headset.

Factory Settings
To restore the headset to factory settings, power it on, then press and hold both the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons for 10 seconds, or until the LED blinks red five times. After a successful reset, the headset will be connectable again.
LED Indicators:
- Connected: LED blinks white every 10 seconds.
- Bass mode: LED glows solid white.
- Charging: LED glows solid red.
- Fully charged: LED glows solid white.

Functions
- Power On: Hold the multifunctional button for two seconds.
- Power Off: Hold the multifunctional button for four seconds.
- Answer/End Call: Press the multifunctional button.
- Ignore Call: Hold the multifunctional button for 1.5 seconds.
- Previous Track: Hold the Volume Down button for one second.
- Next Track: Hold the Volume Up button for one second.
- Increase Volume: Press the Volume Up button.
- Decrease Volume: Press the Volume Down button.
- Wake Voice Assistant: Double-press the multifunctional button.
- Pause/Play Music: Press the multifunctional button.
- Enter Bass Mode: Press the Bass button.
- Enter Gaming Mode: Triple-press the multifunctional button.
Tips
- Read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference before using the headphones.
- Fully charge the headphones before first-time use.
- Recharge if the headphones are unused for over two weeks.
- Use chargers from a qualified manufacturer.
- If the phone cannot find the headphones, restore factory settings and try again. If a phone program error occurs, restart Bluetooth or reboot the phone.
Caveats
- Never disassemble or modify the earbuds to avoid damage and danger.
- Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).
- Avoid using the earbuds near children or animals.
- Do not use the earbuds during a thunderstorm to prevent malfunction and risk of electric shock.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds.
- Avoid prolonged use of the earbuds, as it may damage your hearing.
Warranty Conditions
New products purchased from Alza.cz are guaranteed for 2 years. For repairs or services during the warranty period, contact the seller directly and provide the original proof of purchase with the date.
The following are considered a breach of warranty conditions, for which claims may not be recognized:
- Using the product for purposes other than intended or failing to follow maintenance, operation, and service instructions.
- Damage due to natural disaster, unauthorized intervention, or mechanical fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning with inappropriate means).
- Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (e.g., batteries).
- Exposure to adverse external influences such as sunlight, radiation, electromagnetic fields, fluid ingress, object ingress, power surges, electrostatic discharge (including lightning), faulty power supply or input voltage, incorrect polarity, or chemical processes.
- Modifications, alterations, or adaptations made to change or extend product functions compared to the purchased design, or the use of non-original components.

This equipment complies with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 2014/53/EU and Directive 2011/65/EU amended (EU) 2015/863.
WEEE: This product must not be disposed of as normal household waste according to EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE - 2012/19/EU). Instead, it should be returned to the place of purchase or handed over to a public collection point for recyclable waste.
