Installation Steps
Step 1: Attach Cabinet Mounting Brackets
Attach the mounting brackets (10056348) to the inside of the cabinet side panel using two screws (109029) for each bracket. Ensure they are oriented correctly as shown in the diagram.
[Diagram Description: Shows a cabinet side panel. Two mounting brackets (10056348) are being attached to the inner surface using screws (109029). Arrows indicate the direction of insertion and tightening.]
Step 2: Attach Hinge Arms to Cabinet
Attach the hinge arms (118187) to the cabinet side panel. Use screws (109029) to secure them. The diagram shows two hinge arms being attached.

Step 4: Attach Hinge Arms to Cabinet Side (Continued)
This step appears to be a continuation or alternative view of attaching the hinge arms (118187) to the cabinet side panel using screws (109029).
[Diagram Description: Shows the cabinet side panel with hinge arms (118187) being attached. An arrow indicates upward movement for attachment, and a crossed-out diagram shows an incorrect method.]
Step 5: Connect Hinge Arm to Mounting Plate
Connect the hinge arm (10050817) to the mounting plate (10050783) that is attached to the cabinet. This step involves sliding the hinge onto the plate and securing it.
[Diagram Description: Shows a hinge arm (10050817) being connected to a mounting plate (10050783) on the cabinet. An arrow indicates the sliding motion for connection.]
Step 6: Prepare Door Panel
Prepare the door panel (JUTIS SKÖVDE). Attach the mounting plates (10050783) to the inside edge of the door. The diagram shows placement and alignment.

Step 7: Drill Pilot Holes in Door
Drill pilot holes in the door panel at the marked locations for attaching the hinge mounting plates. The diagram indicates a drill bit size of 2.5 mm and a depth of 3 mm.
[Diagram Description: Shows a close-up of a door edge. A drill with a 2.5 mm drill bit is shown drilling pilot holes at a depth of 3 mm.]
Step 8: Attach Hinge Mounting Brackets to Door
Attach the hinge mounting brackets (identified with part number 118187) to the door panel using screws (124515). Two brackets are attached per door.
[Diagram Description: Shows the door panel with two hinge mounting brackets (118187) being attached using screws (124515). Arrows indicate the tightening motion.]
Step 9: Connect Cabinet Hinges to Door Brackets
Connect the hinge arms on the cabinet to the mounting brackets on the door. This involves aligning and pushing the parts together until they click.
[Diagram Description: Shows the cabinet with attached hinges and the door with attached brackets. Hands are shown aligning and pushing the hinge arms onto the door brackets.]
Step 10: Secure Hinge to Door Plate
Secure the hinge arm to the door mounting plate. The diagram indicates a sliding and locking mechanism, with a "CLICK!" sound confirming engagement.
[Diagram Description: Close-up view showing the hinge arm being slid onto the door mounting plate, followed by a locking action. "CLICK!" is indicated.]
Step 11: Adjust Hinge Tension
Adjust the tension of the hinges using the adjustment screw. Use the minus (-) setting for lighter doors and the plus (+) setting for heavier doors to control the opening and closing speed.
[Diagram Description: Shows a close-up of the hinge adjustment mechanism. Two settings are indicated: a minus symbol for reducing tension and a plus symbol for increasing tension, controlled by turning a screw.]
Step 12: Position Door on Cabinet
Slide the door into its final position on the cabinet. Arrows indicate the direction of movement for alignment.
[Diagram Description: Shows the cabinet with the door being slid into place. Arrows indicate the horizontal movement for alignment.]
Step 13: Attach Push Opener Mounting Bracket
Attach the mounting bracket for the push-opener mechanism (10050817) to the cabinet side panel using screw (126887).
[Diagram Description: Shows the push-opener mounting bracket (10050817) being attached to the cabinet side panel with a screw (126887).]
Step 14: Install Push Opener Mechanism
Insert the push-opener rod (10050819) into the push-opener mechanism (10050818). The diagram shows the rod being pushed into the mechanism.
[Diagram Description: Shows the push-opener rod (10050819) being inserted into the push-opener mechanism (10050818).]
Step 15: Mount Push Opener
Mount the assembled push-opener mechanism onto the previously attached bracket on the cabinet side. The diagram shows the mechanism being pushed into place.
[Diagram Description: Shows the push-opener mechanism being attached to the mounting bracket on the cabinet side. Arrows indicate the insertion motion.]
Step 16: Final Door Operation
Close the cabinet door. The push-opener mechanism will now allow the door to be opened by pushing it.
[Diagram Description: Shows the cabinet door being closed. A hand is shown pressing on the door to demonstrate the push-to-open function.]
