Any product subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, excessive wear and tear, improper assembly, negligence, environmental exposure, alteration, or accident, or with an altered/removed serial number, invalidates all claims against the manufacturer. Any damage to property during installation is the sole responsibility of the end user.

Assembly Instructions

Assembly Steps

Frame Setup (INSTALACIÓN DE MARCO)

To attach the wheels, unfold stroller as described below:

  1. Release the fold latch. Figure 1a shows the fold latch.
  2. Unfold the stroller frame by pulling the stroller handle upward until it clicks into locked position. Figure 1b illustrates unfolding the handle.
  3. The RED indicator on the handle will not be visible when the stroller is fully open. If the RED indicator is visible, check that the open position lock is engaged before continuing. Figure 1c shows the RED indicator.

Front Wheels (RUEDA DELANTERA)

  1. Insert front wheel axle pin into the wheel hub until the wheel locks firmly into place. Repeat on the other side. Figure 2a shows inserting the axle pin.
  2. NOTE: Pull on the wheel assembly to ensure that it is securely attached to the stroller.

Rear Axle-Wheels (EJE TRASERO-RUEDAS TRASERAS)

Attach the rear axle assembly and wheels as follows:

  1. Position stroller with rear leg tubes facing upward. Place the rear axle with wheels over the rear legs and apply downward pressure on both sides. Ensure both sides lock into place. Figure 3a illustrates locking the rear wheels. A "Click" sound indicates the lock is engaged.

Soft Parent Organizer (ORGANIZADOR FLEXIBLE PARA PADRES)

  1. Strap In The Soft Parent Organizer: Use the hook and loop to hang the soft parent organizer onto the stroller handle. Follow illustrations 1-3. Figure 4a shows how to attach the organizer. Be sure to fasten tightly.

Child Tray (BANDEJA PARA NIÑOS)

⚠️ WARNING: Do not place hot liquids or more than 5 pounds in the child tray. Serious burns or unstable conditions could result.

  1. Attach child tray by lining up the corresponding slots located on stroller frame. Slide down into position until locked into place. Figure 5a shows attaching the child tray.
  2. NOTE: Check to make sure the child tray is secure before using.

Canopy (DOSEL)

  1. To install the canopy: Add the canopy frame into the designated slots located on the child tray. Figure 6a shows canopy frame installation.
  2. To open the canopy: Behind the main fold mechanism, use the strap and snap closure to anchor the canopy. Firmly spread out both sides of the canopy. Figure 6b illustrates opening the canopy.
  3. Install mosquito net: Unzip and pull out the net from the storage pocket. Stretch the net around the top edge of the frame and hook each corner to the circle tabs. Repeat for the other side and ensure to hook the net to all 4 tabs. Figure 6c shows mosquito net attachment.
  4. To store away the mosquito net: Lift the mosquito net at the elastic end and start to roll toward canopy. Locate the zipper attached to canopy end and connect zipper to track. Continue to tuck canopy into pocket while zipping pocket closed. Figure 6d shows storing the mosquito net. NOTE: Tuck and Zip in sections.
  5. To remove the canopy: Press the tab on each end of the canopy, and lift up the entire canopy from the bottom ends slots of the child tray. Figure 6e shows canopy removal.
  6. To remove the child tray: push the tabs outward and pull out the child tray. Figure 6f shows child tray removal. NOTE: The canopy may also be installed without the child tray. Insert the ends into holes.

Pull Handle Storage (ALMACENAMIENTO DE LA MANIJA)

  1. TO USE THE HANDLE: Locate the handle underneath the frame and press the release button to unlatch. Pull the bar completely out of the frame. Figure 7a shows releasing the handle. Rotate up to desired position. Figure 7b shows rotating the handle.
  2. TO PUT IT AWAY: Reverse step (Figure 7a), ensure to push the handle completely in until it clicks into position. Ensure the handle is resting on the storage hooks. Figure 7c shows the handle stored.

Folding the Stroller (PLEGAR EL CARRITO)

⚠️ WARNING: Care must be taken when folding the stroller to prevent finger entrapment.

CAUTION: Do not allow children near stroller while folding.

  1. Close the canopy by reversing the canopy installation step.
  2. To use the double lock feature: (1) push the safety lock up. (2) Lift up the trigger to hold the safety lock into place. (3) Pull both triggers together. Figure 8a illustrates using the double lock feature.
  3. Push down on the stroller handle until the stroller is completely folded. Ensure the fold latch clicks and secures the stroller closed. Figure 8b shows the fully folded stroller.

Unfolding the Stroller (DESPLEGAR EL CARRITO)

  1. Release the fold latch. Figure 9a shows releasing the fold latch.
  2. Unfold the stroller frame by pulling the stroller handle upward until it clicks into locked position. The RED indicator on the handle will not be visible when the stroller is fully open. If the RED indicator is visible, check that the open position lock is engaged before continuing. Figure 9b illustrates unfolding the handle and the RED indicator.

Safety Harness (CINTURÓN DE SEGURIDAD)

⚠️ WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the safety harness.

⚠️ STRANGULATION HAZARD: Child can strangle in loose straps. Never leave child in seat when straps are loose or undone.

  1. The child tray is not designed to hold the child in the stroller. Stay near and watch child during use. NEVER leave child unattended.
  2. Place the crotch strap between your child's legs. Insert the Harness Buckles into the Center Clasp with the Button. Figure 10a shows buckle insertion and adjustment.
  3. NOTE: Only use top slots with Baby Trend Seat 2 Mat accessory (sold separately). Adjust waist straps for your child's comfort and safety by sliding buckles in either direction. Safety straps are to fit snug around your child.

To Release Safety Belt (PARA AFLOJAR EL CINTURÓN DE SEGURIDAD)

  1. Push Button on Center Clasp; the two Harness Buckles will pop free. Figure 11a shows releasing the safety belt.

Brakes (FRENOS)

⚠️ WARNING: Always set brakes when the stroller is not being pushed so that the stroller will not roll away. NEVER leave stroller unattended on a hill or incline as the stroller may slide down the hill.

  1. To engage brakes, apply light downward pressure to the brake lever located on each rear wheel. The stroller may require slight forward or rearward movement in order to line up the teeth on the brake with each wheel brake cluster. Figure 12a illustrates brake engagement.
  2. NOTE: Check that the stroller will not move and that both brakes are properly applied.
  3. To release, gently lift up on the brake lever.

Car Seat Adapter (ADAPTADOR DE LA SILLITA PARA EL AUTOMÓVIL)

Always remove the child tray and canopy from the wagon to install the adapter. See pages 11 to 13.

  1. Unfold the adapter and place it on a flat surface. Connect both ends of the adapter bars together. Figure 13a shows unfolding the adapter, Figure 13b shows connecting the bars.
  2. NOTE: Ensure both pins click into the holes. Flip the adapter. Figure 13c shows flipping the adapter.
  3. Open the clips on both sides of the adapter, open the flaps on the wagon cover to expose the bar connection. Face the front of the adapter to the front of the wagon. Align the clips to the bar as you press them into place. Close the clips firmly from the inside with your thumbs and check that it is secured into the frame. Figures 13e, 13f, and 13g illustrate opening clips, aligning, and securing the adapter.

Adapter Removal

To remove the adapter, wrap your thumbs over the wagon frame and use your other fingers to apply pressure on the clip to release it from the bar. Figure 14 shows adapter removal.

NOTE: Refer to pages 29 and 30 for car seat installation.

Infant Car Seat Installation

Sold separately.

  1. Place the car seat onto the Car Seat Adapter. The front of the car seat should be facing the same direction as the stroller wagon handle. Ensure the car seat stoppers are resting on the Adapter Bars. Figure 15a shows car seat placement on adapter.
  2. Strap the Safety Belts through the Belt Path on the Car Seat and connect the buckles together. Tighten the strap so it fits snugly and the car seat is secured to the frame. Figures 15b and 15c illustrate securing the car seat with belts.
  3. NOTE: The Safety Belt MUST ALWAYS be installed through the Belt Path before using this product.
  4. REMOVAL: Release the safety strap, reverse step 15, and then follow step 14. Figure 15d shows releasing the safety strap.

Basket (CANASTA)

  1. To install: Attach the basket from the outside frame of the wagon. Ensure both latches are straight, facing the frame. Insert by pushing in and sliding down the latches until it locks. Figure 16a shows basket installation.
  2. IMPORTANT: DO NOT put child in the basket.
  3. To flip basket into the wagon: From the bottom of the basket, push it upward and over into the wagon, until the basket is entirely inside. Push down into basket to ensure its secure. Figures 16b and 16c illustrate flipping and securing the basket.
  4. To detach: Flip the basket over the wagon frame. Pull the latch levers forward and lift up, until the basket comes off completely. Figure 17 shows basket detachment.

Seat 2 Mat (ASIENTO A COLCHONETA)

  1. Option 1 Mat(s): Lay flat in stroller. Figure 18a shows the mat laid flat. IMPORTANT: Only use the harness in the lowest position, and place mat(s) with round edge towards the back seating position. Figure 18b shows correct mat placement. (See step 19 for rethreading).
  2. Option 2 Seat(s): To use as seat(s), thread the crotch buckle through the folded or unfolded mat(s). IMPORTANT: Only use the lowest position for the unfolded mat and the highest position for folded mat. Figures 18c and 18d show mat positions. Always buckle the harness to use as a stroller. Refer to step 10 for harness instructions. (See step 19 for rethreading).

Maintenance and Care

Wagon Fabric (TELA DE LA VAGON)

  1. To detach the fabric: for cleaning or replacement, unzip from the front and rear of the wagon frame. Figure 19a shows zipper locations.
  2. Through the pocket opening, remove the D-Rings straps from the fabric near the bottom front and rear frames to unthread the harness straps. Remove the screws on the underside of the frame. Figures 19b and 19c illustrate strap and screw removal.
  3. To reattach the fabric: ensure that the fabric is realigned to the corresponding front and rear end frames.
  4. Through the pocket opening, Insert the D-Ring straps through the slots. The straps must be secured completely with the D-Ring. Refer to Figure 19b for strap insertion.
  5. To ensure the fabric is securely attached, the zippers should be zipped and the hook and loop fasteners are attached. Refer to Figure 19a for fastener locations.
  6. NOTE: Check for worn parts, torn material, or stitching on a regular basis. Replace or repair parts as needed.

Rear Axle Wheel Removal (DESMONTAJE DE RUEDA DEL EJE TRASERO)

Attach the rear axle assembly and wheels as follows:

  1. To release the entire rear wheel assembly, push in the rear wheel release. The wheel easily detaches from the bushing. Figure 20a shows releasing the rear wheel.
  2. If replacing the rear axle, press the pin on each side behind the wheel hub. Pull the rear axle out from the hub. Figure 20b illustrates removing the rear axle.

Adapter Fabric (TELA DE ADAPTADOR)

  1. Use the pin to separate the frame, undo the hook and loop fasteners. Slide out the pre sewn panels from the adapter bar to remove the fabric. Figure 21a shows fabric removal.
  2. To reattach, slide in the pre sewn panels and connect the frame parts. Subsequently hook and loop the panels over the bar to secure the fabric. Figure 21b illustrates fabric reattachment. NOTE: Ensure to connect the frame parts using the pins.

Care and Maintenance

Spanish: CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO

Limpieza del cojín del asiento: Limpie las pequeñas manchas pasando un paño por la superficie con una solución suave de agua y jabón. Enjuague con agua para eliminar la solución de jabón. Seque con un paño o al aire libre.

Verifique con frecuencia que su carrito no tenga tornillos sueltos, piezas gastadas, materiales o costuras rasgados. Reemplace o repare las piezas conforme sea necesario.

ASIENTO A COLCHONETA INSTRUCCIONES DE LAVADO: Retire el relleno de espuma y lave esta cubierta por separado. No lo lave con otras telas. Lavar a máquina en ciclo delicado / suave con agua fría. No usa blanqueador. No lo seque en secadora. Colgar para secar. No planche. No lleve a la tintorería.
