Promotion Details

The promotion is organized by Candy Hoover Group S.r.l., a company under the direction and coordination of Candy S.p.A. The promotion type is a prize operation.

Promotion Period

The promotion runs from July 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025. Claims must be submitted within 15 days of purchase, but no later than November 15, 2025.

Territorial Scope

The promotion is valid throughout Italy at participating retail outlets and online e-commerce sites listed in the regulations.

Promotional Products

The promotion includes various Haier TV models across different series (Mini LED, OLED, QLED) with varying screen sizes and DAZN digital code validity periods (6 or 12 months). A new product, the Mini LET M90 75" (Model: H75M90EUX), is added to the promotion starting July 30, 2025.

Participating Channels

Purchases must be made from participating physical stores or the following online e-commerce sites:

Mediaworld, Unieuro, Unieuro City, Expert, Comet, Sme, Expert Group Euronics, Euronics Point, Euronics City, Trony, Freeshop, Sinergy, and their respective e-commerce sites including www.mediaworld.it, www.unieuro.it, www.expert.it, www.comet.it, www.euronics.it, www.trony.it, www.freeshop.it, www.dimostore.it, www.monclick.it, www.smeonline.it, www.bruno.it, www.butali.it, and www.haier-europe.com/it-IT.

Only purchases with receipts/documents clearly showing the purchased products and models from these sites are valid. Purchases from marketplaces are excluded.

Eligible Participants

The promotion is open to individuals, adults, residing or domiciled in Italy, who have purchased as consumers. Purchases made by businesses or with a VAT number are excluded.

How to Claim the Prize

Participants who purchase a promotional product during the period can claim the prize by accessing the website https://www.haier-europe.com/it-IT/promozioni/tv-regala-abbonamento-dn/. They must complete the registration form by November 15, 2025, providing required details including name, surname, fiscal code, address, phone number, email, product model, and serial number.

Required documents to upload include a photo of the purchase receipt/invoice (dated between July 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025) showing the promotional product, and a photo of the product's serial number.

A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration. Failure to provide complete or correct information within 7 days of a request will result in disqualification.

Candy Hoover Group S.r.l. reserves the right to verify proof of purchase and may request original receipts. Prizes will be validated and sent within 180 days of receiving the online request, provided all documentation is verified.

Prizes will not be awarded if the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal or returns the purchased product.

Prizes

The prize is a DAZN Digital Code offering free access to the "DAZN STANDARD" service for 6 or 12 months, depending on the purchased product. The value is €44.99 per month.

• 12-month DAZN code value: €539.88 (including VAT)
• 6-month DAZN code value: €269.94 (including VAT)

DAZN Digital Codes must be activated by December 15, 2025.

DAZN Activation Process

Participants must redeem their DAZN Code by visiting https://www.dazn.com/it-IT/redeem/ and following the instructions.

New DAZN customers need to provide: name, surname, email, password, and a valid payment method. They must also accept DAZN's terms and conditions.

Existing DAZN customers should log in with their credentials to redeem the code.

The DAZN "Standard" subscription refers to the current name of the DAZN subscription. Any changes to the "Standard" name do not affect the offer, price, or terms of use.

For customers with an active annual subscription paid in full, the promotional period starts after their current subscription expires. For those with a deferred annual payment plan, the code activation must wait until the end of their already paid period.

Upon expiry of the DAZN Digital Code's validity, the subscription will automatically renew at the prevailing economic conditions unless canceled by the participant. Terms and conditions are available at https://www.dazn.com/it-IT/help.

DAZN Digital Codes cannot be combined.

Estimated Prize Pool

The estimated prize pool includes:

• 1,628 prizes of 12-month DAZN Digital Codes, totaling €878,924.64 (including VAT).
• 1,904 prizes of 6-month DAZN Digital Codes, totaling €513,965.76 (including VAT).

The total estimated prize pool is €1,392,890.40 (including VAT) for 3,532 prizes. The final amount may vary based on the number of prizes claimed.

Additional Information

• VAT Deductibility: VAT deductibility will be applied according to Article 19 of Law 449 of 27/12/1997.
• Guarantee: A guarantee has been provided to the Ministry of Economic Development for 20% of the prize pool, as per D.P.R. 26 October 2001 n° 430.
• Market Value: Prize market values are based on current retail prices.
• Participation: Participation implies unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions.
• Non-Transferability: DAZN codes are personal and cannot be transferred or distributed.
• Revocation/Modification: The Promoter reserves the right to revoke or modify the promotion under justified circumstances, with prior notification.
• Publicity: The promotion will be advertised through in-store materials, participating websites, and the promoter's website.
• Regulation Availability: The official regulation is deposited with Slogan srl in Como and available on the website https://www.haier-europe.com/it-IT/promozioni/tv-regala-abbonamento-dn/.

Privacy

Candy Hoover Group S.r.l. will process participants' personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the privacy policy available at https://www.haier-europe.com/it-IT/promozioni. Slogan srl is responsible for data processing related to registration and prize fulfillment.

Miscellaneous

The Promoter is not responsible for undelivered documentation due to technical issues, incorrect or outdated participant information, invalid email addresses, or full mailboxes. The Promoter is also not liable for any issues arising from the use of prizes or improper use by recipients. Any service issues, faults, or malfunctions are subject to the supplier's/manufacturer's/distributor's contractual clauses.
