Haier SKY Entertainment and Sport Package Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to a voucher code promotion for a complimentary one-year SKY Entertainment and Sport package. By participating and meeting the described requirements, participants receive access to Sky Entertainment and Sky Sport for 12 months at no additional cost.
The subscription automatically extends after the minimum contract period unless cancelled with one month's notice before the end of the initial term, at a rate of €30 per month. The logistics fee and the one-time fee of €29 are waived.
Sky Stream Box: Individual content from the Sky subscription can be received via the internet on a TV with an HDMI connection. A stable internet connection is required, with recommended bandwidths of at least 3.5 Mbit/s for SD, 6 Mbit/s for HD, and 15 Mbit/s for UHD. Costs for the internet connection are not included. The Sky Stream Box is provided on loan. The voucher is redeemable until December 31, 2025. The contracting partner is Sky Deutschland Fernsehen GmbH & Co. KG.
The organizer of the promotion is Haier Germany GmbH. The promotion is carried out by marken mehrwert - brand added value AG.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Participants must be natural persons aged 18 or older.
- Natural or legal persons, or partnerships acting in their commercial or independent professional capacity (i.e., entrepreneurs), are excluded.
- Employees of the organizer, cooperating partners, and their relatives are excluded.
Promotion Details:
The promotion is valid for purchases of selected promotional appliances from designated retailers (online or in-store in Germany) between June 1, 2025, and July 31, 2025 (the "Promotional Period"). Purchases from third-party sellers on retailer websites (e.g., Amazon Marketplace) are excluded.
The purchased promotional appliance must be registered by August 30, 2025, to receive the voucher code. Participants are responsible for verifying retailer participation and product eligibility.
Participating Retailers:
- MediaMarkt.de/Saturn.de (excluding Marketplace), and physical MediaMarkt and Saturn stores in Germany.
- Amazon.de (excluding Marketplace).
- Coolblue.de (excluding Marketplace).
- Otto.de (excluding Marketplace).
Promotional Appliances:
A list of participating appliances, identified by article number and description, is provided, categorized by type (e.g., Gefrierschrank, Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe, Multi Door, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Side-by-Side, Weinklimaschrank).
Registration, Verification, and Voucher Code Dispatch:
- Registration requires providing name, address, email, article number, retailer, invoice number, and uploading a photo of the product label cut from the packaging and a scan of the original purchase receipt.
- Haier Germany GmbH reserves the right to request original receipts for verification.
- Voucher codes will be sent within 30 days of successful registration verification.
- Each participant can register a maximum of one promotional appliance.
Exclusion from Participation / False Information:
- Participants providing incomplete information or documents may be notified via email to submit correct details within seven days. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of the voucher code.
- Haier Germany GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants using pseudonyms, false information, or technical manipulation, and to deactivate any issued voucher codes.
- Registrations with false, misleading, or fraudulent information will not be processed.
Early Termination or Modification of Terms:
Haier Germany GmbH may terminate, suspend, or modify the promotion due to technical, legal, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Participants will be notified of any changes via email, and continued participation implies acceptance of the new terms.
Data Protection:
Personal data collected for the promotion will be processed solely for its execution and shared only with authorized personnel. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the promotion's purpose, subject to legal retention periods (up to 10 years). Data will not be used for marketing purposes without explicit consent. Liability:
Haier Germany GmbH's liability for damages is subject to statutory provisions, with specific disclaimers and limitations outlined herein. Liability is unlimited in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations. Liability is not limited for injury to life, body, or health, for defects assumed under warranty, or for fraudulently concealed defects. Product liability remains unaffected. The exclusion of liability also extends to representatives and vicarious agents of Haier Germany GmbH.
Haier Germany GmbH is not liable for the uninterrupted availability of the promotion website or any links, nor for data loss or damage resulting from technical issues, viruses, or similar causes.
Final Provisions:
- The terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
- If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced by valid ones that most closely match the original intent.
