Installation Steps
Part Number: 01-375-5155-0 Motorschutzbügel für KTM 390 Adventure
Step 1: Prepare Mounting Hardware
Identify the right and left side mounting hardware. Attach the bracket using M8 x 55 bolts and M8 washers. Ensure screws are inserted but not fully tightened at this stage.
Step 2: Attach Crash Bar Sections
Fit the protective rubber parts (labeled A and B in diagrams) onto the crash bar sections. Attach the crash bar sections to the motorcycle frame using M8 x 30 screws. Do not tighten fully yet.
Step 3: Final Assembly and Tightening
Align the main crash bar assembly with the mounting points on the motorcycle frame. Secure using the M10 x 200 bolts, washers, and nuts. Once all components are in place and aligned, tighten all screws and bolts securely to the specified torque values.
