Product Description
This new designed glass panel wireless touch smart curtain switch offers advanced features. The Wi-Fi+RF version allows easy replacement of traditional switches with multiple control options. It supports multi-control association within the Tuya Smart Life App, enabling control with other smart switches. Features include backlight on/off and configurable relay status upon power loss. The scratch-resistant glass panel complements various decoration styles.

Warnings
- Turn off the power at the circuit breaker and test that power is off before wiring.
- Neutral Wire is required. Confirm the wall box contains a Neutral Wire (typically white). If not, try another location or call a professional electrician.
- Wire colors in this manual are typical and may differ in some homes.
- Ensure wire conductors are securely fastened.
- Ensure the Wi-Fi signal is steady and working before wiring.
- If you lack wiring experience, call a professional electrician.
Attention
Please disconnect the power supply before installing or removing the device to avoid irreversible damage from electric current or issues like lamp flashing.
Installation
Step 1: Turn off power
Turn off the circuit breaker and use an electrical tester to verify power is off before wiring.
Step 2: Remove the old switch
Remove the existing switch from the wall.
Step 3: Identify wires and verify power
Remove the switch faceplate. Use an electrical tester to confirm no voltage is present in the circuit. You may need to turn off multiple circuit breakers. Identify the Line/Load wires (note: wire colors may vary).
Step 4: Wiring
Take pictures of the existing wiring for reference. Follow the provided wiring diagram to connect the switch wires to the wall box wires using wire conductors.
Wiring Diagram Description: The diagram shows connections for Line (L), Neutral (N), and Load (L-OPEN, L-CLOSE) terminals. Ensure correct connections for EU/US configurations.
Step 5: Mount the switch
Open the switch panel from the bottom using a screwdriver [Screwdriver symbol]. Mount the switch using the provided screws and snap the wall plate onto it.
Step 6: Restore power
Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker and then switch the light on.
Add Devices
Download Smart Life App
Please scan the QR code [QR Code] or download the "Smart Life" application from your app store.
Register or Log in
Enter the Register/Login interface. Tap "Register" to create an account using your phone number for a verification code and set a password. If you already have an account, choose "Log in".
Configure the APP to the switch
Preparation: Ensure the switch is connected to electricity and your phone is connected to Wi-Fi [Wi-Fi symbol] and the internet. The switch supports only 2.4G Wi-Fi networks; disconnect from 5G networks if necessary.
Tap the "+" icon in the top right corner to select the device type. Tap "All" and choose "Wall Switch".
Wi-Fi Link Method: Pair and Clear Wi-Fi Code
Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi [Wi-Fi symbol] and Bluetooth [Bluetooth symbol].
Open the Smart Life/Tuya App and click "+". The prompt page will automatically appear; click "Go to add".
Select the device you want to add and click "+".
Enter your Wi-Fi password and click "Next". Wait for the connection to complete.
The device will be added successfully. You can edit the device name and enter the device page by clicking "Done".
How to Pair/Reset Wi-Fi
Press the switch button 6 times, holding it on the 6th press. Release when the blue indicator on the switch flashes rapidly. Pairing/reset is successful.
Remote Radio Frequency (RF) Link Method: Pair and Clear RF Code
How to pair the RF code: Press and hold the touch button until you hear "Di" (1 time), then press the button on the remote control switch. This initiates RF pairing.
How to clear up the RF code: Press the switch button for a long time until you hear "Di" (1 time). Keep pressing until you hear "Di-Di-Di-Di" (4 times). The RF code is now cleared. Note: This operation clears one button at a time; repeat for other codes.
Enter Smart Life Skill in Alexa APP
Complete product networking configuration in the App
Follow the prompts in the App to configure the device's network. It is recommended to rename the device to an easily identifiable name, such as "bed light" (names are typically in English).
Configure the Amazon Echo device
(Skip if Amazon Echo is already configured. Instructions are based on the iOS client.)
Ensure your Amazon Echo device is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi [Wi-Fi symbol].
Open the Alexa App. Tap the menu [Menu icon] in the upper left corner, select "Settings", then tap "Set Up A New Device" to configure your Amazon Echo.
Choose your Amazon Echo device type and language. Press and hold the small dot on the device until the light turns yellow. Tap "Continue" [Continue button] to connect to the hotspot.
After connecting to the Amazon Echo hotspot, return to the previous page. The connection is successful. Tap "Continue" [Continue button] to proceed. Choose a Wi-Fi network for the Echo device. It may take a few minutes to connect.
Once connected, tap "Continue" [Continue button]. An introduction video will play. After the video, tap "Continue" [Continue button] to reach the Alexa Home page. Amazon Echo configuration is now complete.
Link Skill
Tap "Skills" in the Alexa App menu.
Search for "Smart Life" (or the relevant app name). Tap "Enable" [Enable button] to activate the Skill.
Enter your Smart Life app account and password, then tap "Link Now" [Link Now button] to connect your accounts. Your smart home journey can now begin.
Common Commands
Control your smart device using voice commands with Alexa:
- "Alexa, turn on/off bedroom light." (Controls the light [Lightbulb symbol])
- "Alexa, set bedroom light to 50 percent." (Adjusts brightness)
- "Alexa, brighten/dim bedroom light." (Increases/decreases brightness)
- "Alexa, set bedroom light to green." (Changes color, if applicable)
