Torque Specifications
DO NOT OVER TORQUE. PLEASE FOLLOW THE TIGHTEN OPERATING LOAD STANDARD BELOW:
- 6mm Bolts & Nuts: 7 to 8.5 Foot Pounds
- 8mm Bolts & Nuts: 18 to 20 Foot Pounds
- 10mm Bolts & Nuts: 35 to 40 Foot Pounds
- 12mm Bolts & Nuts: 60 to 70 Foot Pounds

TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT, DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF POLISH OR WAX THAT MAY CONTAIN ABRASIVES THAT COULD DAMAGE THE FINISH. MILD SOAP MAY BE USED TO CLEAN THE PRODUCT.

Installation Procedure

Step 1: Preparation
Remove contents from the box and verify all parts are present. Read all instructions carefully. Factory installed or aftermarket front bumpers must be removed before proceeding.

Step 2: Remove Factory Splash Shield
Remove the six (6) plastic push pins securing the factory splash shield to the vehicle. Four (4) are located across the front edge, and two (2) are on the rear edge. [Illustration showing removal of plastic push pins from the factory splash shield].

Step 3: Disconnect Fog Lights
From under the vehicle, remove the factory fog light connectors and free the fog light wiring loom from the bumper. [Illustration showing disconnection of factory fog light connectors and wiring loom].

Step 4: Remove Factory Bumper Nuts
From under the vehicle, access and remove the eight (8) 18mm nuts securing the factory bumper to the vehicle. [Illustration showing removal of nuts securing the factory bumper].

Step 5: Remove Top Cover Push Pins
Remove the two (2) push pins holding the top cover onto the vehicle. [Illustration showing removal of push pins holding the top cover].

Step 6: Remove Fog Light Screws
Remove the eight (8) 7mm screws securing the fog lights to the factory front bumper. [Illustration showing removal of screws securing fog lights].

Step 7: Install Fog Light Brackets
Install the fog light bracket using six (6) M4 Bolts, ten (10) M4 Flat Washers, six (6) M4 Lock Washers, and four (4) M4 Nuts. Repeat this process for both fog lights. [Illustration showing installation of fog light bracket with M4 hardware].

Step 8: Install M12 Combo Bolts
Slide the two (2) M12 combo Bolts into place through the open square in the Bumper, and secure them with two (2) Plastic Retainers. Repeat this process for both bracket parts. [Illustration showing installation of M12 combo bolts and plastic retainers].

Step 9: Mount Bumper
Slide the bumper into place. Using the supplied M12 hardware, secure each side of the bumper to the vehicle using four (4) M12 Nuts, four (4) M12 Bolts, eight (8) M12 Lock Washers, and eight (8) M12 Flat Washers. Step 10: Final Connections
Install the D-Ring brackets to the bumper. Plug the factory fog light harness into the fog lights. Installation is complete. [Illustration showing installation of D-Ring brackets and fog light harness connection].
