Safety First: Preventing Furniture Tip-Over

WARNING: Children have died from furniture tip-over. To reduce the risk of furniture tip-over:

• ALWAYS install the anti-tip device provided. ?
• NEVER put a TV on this product. ?❌
• NEVER allow children to stand, climb, or hang on any drawers, doors, or shelves. ?‍♂️❌

• DO NOT defeat or remove the drawer interlock system; it is an important stability and safety system. ?

Tools Required

The following tools are recommended for assembly:

• Phillips head screwdriver
• Flathead screwdriver
• Hammer
• Drill
• Drill bits: Ø 5/16" (8 mm) and Ø 1/8" (3 mm)

Identify all parts before beginning assembly. Key part numbers and quantities are listed below:

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare Base Panels

Attach components to the base panels. This involves inserting 30 screws (part 105248) into pre-drilled holes using a screwdriver.

Step 2: Attach Drawer Slides (Part CL)

Attach 6 drawer slides (part 151931, labeled CL) to the side panels using 6 screws (part 146114).

Attach 4 drawer slides (part 10102026, labeled CR) to the side panels using 24 screws (part 146114).

Step 6: Attach Side Panel

Attach one side panel to the base structure. This involves aligning holes and securing with fasteners.

Attach the second side panel. Secure using 8 cam locks (part 119252) and 16 cam lock screws (part 119250) by inserting the screws and then rotating the cam locks to tighten.

Step 8: Assemble Drawer Box Frame

Assemble the internal frame for the drawers. This involves connecting vertical dividers to base panels using dowels (part 118331) and cam locks (parts 110126, 119252, 119250).
