The Baby Trend® warranty covers workmanship defects within 1 year of purchase. Any product subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, excessive wear and tear, improper assembly, negligence, environmental exposure, alteration or accident, or has had its serial number altered or removed invalidates all claims against the manufacturer. Any damage to property during installation is the sole responsibility of the end user.

Safety Warnings
⚠️ FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered severe head injuries, including skull fractures, after falling from high chairs. Falls can happen suddenly if the child is not restrained properly.
⚠️ General Safety: Prevent serious injury or death from falls or sliding out. Always use the restraint system. Never leave child unattended. Always keep child in view. Never allow child to push away from tables.
⚠️ Strangulation Hazard: Do not place the high chair near cords (e.g., window blind cords, drapes, phone cords).
⚠️ Child Use: The child must be secured in the high chair at all times by the 5-point restraining system. The tray is NOT designed to hold the child. Use only by children capable of sitting upright unassisted and at least 6 months of age.
⚠️ Product Integrity: NEVER use if product is damaged or broken, has loose fasteners, loose joints, broken parts, or torn mesh/fabric. Check regularly.
⚠️ Motor Vehicles: Do NOT use in motor vehicles.
⚠️ Product Use: NEVER allow the high chair to be used as a toy. NEVER move or lift the high chair with a child in it.
⚠️ Weight Limit: Use of the high chair with a child weighing more than 40 pounds (approx. 18.14 kg) may cause excessive wear and stress.
⚠️ Snap Gear™ Compatibility: ONLY approved Snap Gear™ products can be used on the frame. Other accessories may affect stability.
⚠️ Assembly: Adult assembly is required. Always check that the high chair is locked in the open position before using. Do not sit on the frame when the seat is not attached. Do not use the frame as a foot stool.
⚠️ Seat Height Adjustment: Do not adjust seat height with child in seat. Always check that the height adjustment bracket is level and locked. Never rest the bracket on locking pins. Use car seat mode ONLY at the lowest position.
⚠️ Booster Seat Attachment: Always secure the booster seat on a chair using bottom and back straps. Never use on a stool or bench without a seat back.
⚠️ Tray: The tray is not designed to hold the child.
Assembly Instructions
Frame Assembly
- Separate the Upper Frame Assemblies, push legs apart until locked. Push fold levers to ensure frame is locked open.
- Insert front tube of Upper Frame Assemblies into Height Adjuster.
- Squeeze release handles and push tube through Height Adjusters until locked in highest position.
- Insert legs into front and rear tubes of Upper Frame Assemblies. Ensure locking pins engage.
- Attach Casters to chair legs.
Booster Seat Assembly
- Slide Footrest posts into the front of the Seat until clicked.
- Connect and lock the Seat. Ensure it's firmly locked.
Attaching Tray
- Align tray grooves with armrests. Squeeze front release handle and slide tray onto armrests.
- Tray has 2 positions. Adjust by squeezing handle and repositioning. Ensure tray is locked.
- Never leave tray in a position where warning signs are visible.
Attaching Insert Tray
- Dishwasher-safe Tray Insert snaps onto the High Chair Tray. Ensure it snaps into place.
- Tray can be stored on back legs.
Attaching Booster Seat to Chair
- Detach Seat from Upper Frame Assembly (push center buttons, lift seat).
- Remove Footrest (push release button, pull out).
- Turn Booster Seat over, open strap compartments.
- Pull straps out. Place Booster Seat on a chair with a seat back (no armrests, no extra padding/cushions).
- Wrap back straps around chair back, buckle securely (*CLICK*). Pull strap ends to tighten.
- Wrap bottom straps around chair bottom, buckle securely (*CLICK*). Pull strap ends to tighten.
- Check tightness by moving booster side-to-side/up. Should not move more than 1 inch.
Reattaching Seat Pad
- Thread harness straps through slots in seat fabric, back, and base. Rotate tabs 90 degrees. Ensure straps are firm.
- Loop pad flap over seat back. Connect pad to back with elastic loops.
- Insert harness covers.
Infant Car Seat Attachment
- Connect car seat and lock into place. Ensure it's firmly locked.
- Detach car seat by pushing center buttons and lifting.
- Adjust car seat height only when child is not in seat. Ensure bracket is level and locked. Use car seat at lowest position only.
Operation
Using Safety Belt
Child must be able to sit upright unassisted and be at least 6 months old. Always use restraint system. Keep child in view, never unattended.
- Adjust shoulder straps to be level with or below child's shoulders.
- Place child, position harness around waist and over shoulders. Place crotch strap between legs. Insert male ends into buckle. Tighten harness snugly.
Releasing Child
Push center clasp button to release harness buckles.
Reclining Seat
Squeeze recline lever and adjust to desired position. Be careful not to trap fingers.
Adjusting Seat Height
Adjust before placing child. Ensure bracket is level and locked.
- Squeeze release handles and adjust to ideal position.
Adjusting Footrest
Press buttons on both sides to adjust up or down.
Brakes
Apply downward pressure to brake tabs to engage. Check chair does not move. Lift tabs to release.
Folding High Chair
Seat can be in any height position.
- Place seat in desired height position. Place back in most upright position.
- Squeeze tray release handle and slide tray out.
- Hang tray on pegs on rear leg.
- Pull release levers and push rear legs forward to fold. Store safely. Not a toy.
Attaching Booster Seat to Chair
Follow assembly instructions for secure attachment. Ensure all straps are tightened and buckles are engaged.
Removing Booster Seat from Chair
Unbuckle straps, turn over, slide open compartments, fold straps, close compartment.
Seat Pad
Follow instructions for threading harness and attaching pad. Reverse steps to remove.
Infant Car Seat
Use harness. Adjust height only when child is not in seat. Use lowest position only. Attach/detach by connecting/disconnecting and pushing buttons.
Maintenance
⚠️ WARNING: Harness Straps and Basket are NOT washable.
Tray Insert
Dishwasher safe (160°F/71°C). Do not use scouring pads.
High Chair/Tray
Clean after each use with mild soap and damp cloth. Use soft brush/sponge/cloth. Do NOT submerge in water. Surface clean only.
Seat Pad
- Non-Washable Seat Pad: Use mild soap and damp cloth. NOT MACHINE WASHABLE.
- Washable Seat Pad: Machine wash COLD DELICATE CYCLE with non-chlorine detergent. NO BLEACH. HANG DRY. DO NOT MACHINE DRY.
