Power On/Off

Before using the DL 5.0, fully charge the device using a USB-C charging cable and a standard charging brick. The LED and screen will illuminate when the battery is charging. Allow the battery to fully charge before the first use. When the battery indicator reaches 100%, the device is fully charged and can be unplugged.

To power the device on and off, quickly press the button 5 times. It enters a standby mode after 5 seconds. To wake the device up, press the button on the bottom 1 time and the screen will turn on and show the current voltage, battery %, and puff count. You can also pull from the mouthpiece and the device will be ready to vape.

Insert Cartridge

Remove the bottom magnetic connector and firmly screw in the 510-threaded cartridge of your choice. Insert the cartridge into the device and ensure the bottom magnetic connector is properly connected.

Pre-heating

Quickly pull from the mouthpiece twice to activate the pre-heat function. You can also press the button on the bottom 2 times to activate the pre-heat function. This function will be indicated by the Planet Ring Indicator lighting up. When the Planet Ring Indicator is completely lit up, the pre-heat function is complete.

Change Voltage Settings

Press and hold the power button to cycle through voltage settings (1.8 - 4.2 V) in increments of 0.1. Let go of the button when it reaches your preferred setting. Alternatively, click the button once to increase voltage by 0.1. If you pass your preferred setting and it stops at 4.2 V, press the power button again to start the voltage back at 1.8 V.

Charging

Charging is indicated by the battery's semicircle blinking and a lightning bolt flashing. When the device is fully charged, the battery indicator will read 100% and the flashing lightning icon will stop. When the battery life has fully expired, the light ring will flash red 10 times and enter standby mode, indicating it needs to be charged before the next use.

Puff Count Reset

Quickly press the button three times and hold the button on the third press.

Adjustable Airflow

You can adjust the airflow on the device by sliding open the airflow restriction valve at the bottom of the device, next to the charging port.

Protection Features

Over-voltage/short-circuit protection: When the cartridge resistance is lower than 0.8 Ω, the red light flashes 3 times and the system enters standby mode. The red light flashes 3 times to turn off the output.

Cleaning Instructions

Remove the bottom magnetic connector from the battery. Wipe the outside and inside of the bottom magnetic connector with an isopropyl alcohol pad. Use an alcohol swab to wipe any excess oil out of the 510 connector.

Clean inside the air pathway with an alcohol swab. Using a circular motion, work your way up and down the air pathway until you do not see any more oil.

Do not submerge any part of the device in a cleaning solution. Allow all parts to air dry prior to reassembly.

Removable Mouthpiece Note: The mouthpiece can be removed by pulling it from the device. It can be wiped down with the isopropyl alcohol pad. Reattach the mouthpiece after it has completely dried.

Dab Station Attachment (Included with DL 5.0 Dab Kit)

To use the Dab Station, fill the bubbler glass to the water line. Place the bubbler into the silicone station, mouthpiece facing out. Place the DL 5.0 vaporizer into the silicone station, screen facing outward. Remove the silicone mouthpiece. Ensure the glass bubbler hole and DL 5.0 mouthpiece hole align. Next, take the silicone air path connector and insert the glass downstem into the connector. Place the downstem into the bubbler and press gently to ensure a seal. Connect the other side to the DL 5.0 mouthpiece hole. This connection is magnetic. A cutout at the bottom of the unit provides access to controls and adjustable airflow. Do not turn the device over with water in the Dab Station. While vaping, cover the carb hole with a finger to activate the vape; remove your finger to clear the bubbler. This device uses the autodraw feature once your voltage is selected.

Cleaning the Dab Station: Remove all parts. Soak the downstem and silicone air path in alcohol for at least 30 minutes. Add alcohol to the bubbler glass to soak, then shake to clean the glass. Use a cotton swab to remove any lingering residue. The base and atomizer cover can be spot cleaned with alcohol and a cotton swab. Do not introduce cleaning solvent inside the atomizer, as it is designed to be disposable.

Wax Atomizer

To use the wax atomizer, remove the bottom magnetic connector before screwing on the wax atomizer. Gently pull the atomizer cover to expose the atomizer. Load a rice-grain-sized amount of material into the chamber, ensuring the concentrate is placed on the bottom and not the sides. Replace the atomizer cover. Reattach the magnetic connector and follow the pre-heat steps. The wax atomizer can be used for any form of concentrate and with the bubbler or as a standalone unit.
