ASSEMBLY STEPS
Step 1: Frame Assembly
Splice the long borders together to form the main frame structure.
Step 2: Frame Reinforcement
Insert corner codes into the slots at both ends of the short frames. Connect the two short frames to the two long frames and tighten the screws. After assembly, turn the frame over and check the gaps at the four corners on the front (suede side). Readjust if any gap is too large.
Step 3: Screen Material Preparation
Unfold the screen material (curtain). Thread the glass fiber tubes along the designated channels on the long and short sides of the screen material.
Step 4: Attaching the Screen Material
Hang the springs. Position the projection surface of the screen material face down, centered and flat on the assembled frame. First, attach the screen material to the four corners of the frame using the springs. Clamp the support rods onto the groove between the upper and lower frames. Install all remaining springs according to the holes in the screen material, following the indicated order. Note: The quantity of springs may vary by model.
Step 5: Wall Mounting and Final Installation
Measure the width (w) and height (h) of the assembled frame. Install two wall hangings on the wall using expansion rubber plugs, ensuring they are level. For a more secure mount, additional wall hangings can be installed upside down below the first row. The vertical distance between the centers of the upper and lower rows of holes should be H1 = H - 40mm. Hang the screen onto the first row of wall hangings. Gently press down the lower frame of the screen and push the screen towards the wall simultaneously to secure the lower frame onto the second row of wall hangings. The installation is now complete.
