Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Connect parts C and D to the main engine (A). Secure part C to part D using screws (5) and nuts (6). Tighten with the 6mm wrench (23).

Step 2

Connect parts C and D to the main engine (A). Attach the locator (B) to the arm T-tube (D) using screws (17) and gasket (18). Pay attention to the direction and install according to the schematic diagram. When connecting, screw the following screw (11) to the farthest end of the stroke, and stretch the tension spring (10) for a long distance to hook it.

Step 3

Fix the high-density silk screen plate (F) to the corresponding hole position using screws (7) and nuts (8). Do not screw to the lowest stroke, as it will not pass through the workbench link pipe (E). Secure the link board d-sleeve (G) using screws (3) and nuts (22).

Step 4

After the high-density silk screen printing board (F) and the D-shaped sleeve of the link board (G) are installed, pass them through the appropriate position of the link pipe of the workbench (E). Finally, tighten the screws (16) at the bottom to prevent shaking. Move the gasket (19) in the direction of the arrow and fix the screw (16) on the mating nut (22).

For the other three groups of units, repeat steps 1 and 2 until the installation is complete.
