The Mid Year Sale Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Promo") is valid from 17 June - 16 July 2025 (the "Promo Period") on the platform www.samsung.com/id, organized by PT Samsung Electronics Indonesia ("Samsung"). These terms and conditions are the applicable terms and conditions for the Promo ("Terms and Conditions").

Every transaction during the Promo Period, buyers/consumers are entitled to offers with the following conditions:

i. Smartphones, Hearables, and Wearables

ii. Television, Monitor, and Sound Device

iii. Home Appliances

Notes:

1. Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
2. Discount prices are available in limited quantities.
3. Additional discount prices are available in limited quantities.
4. Promo prices depend on the discounts obtained. If the discount quota runs out, the normal price will apply.
5. Free products are available in limited quantities. If a free product does not appear in the cart, the free product has run out.
6. Special prices for a certain period.

Payment Methods:

Buyers/Consumers can make transactions in this Promo using one of the following applicable payment methods:

• Credit Card without installments; or
• Credit Card with 12 months or more installments; or
• Installments without Credit Card (Kredivo); or
• Bank Transfer.

Terms and conditions for credit cards, and credit card installment offers in this Promo follow the terms and conditions applicable from each Bank.

Promo Quotas and Adjustments:

The quota for discounted units and free products in this Promo is limited according to the determined quota. Samsung may add or reduce unit quotas, discounts, and free products in this Promo periodically according to Samsung's policy.

Promo Discounts:

• Promo discounts are only valid for Samsung Galaxy models listed in the table in point 2 of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discounts will be directly applied/calculated to the Buyer/Consumer at the time of making the transaction payment for the Promo.
• Samsung Galaxy unit quotas and discounts are available in limited quantities according to the determined quota. Samsung may add or reduce discount quotas periodically according to Samsung's policy.
• Discount promos with Banks are only available with installment methods.
• These discount promos cannot be combined with other promos/programs.
• Discounts will be visible after adding the product to the cart.

Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS):

• Product delivery will be made to the store address selected by the buyer/consumer at the time of transaction.
• Store selection and address details will appear after the Buyer/Consumer enters the "Province" and "District" information when making the transaction.
• Buyers/Consumers must select an available store address on the samsung.com/id transaction page according to the Buyer/Consumer's choice.
• The name entered during the transaction must match the name on the identification card (KTP / KITAS / KITAP). The identification card used to fill in the data in the Launch Offer transaction must be brought when picking up the purchased package.
• Package pickup must be done by the Buyer/Consumer who made the Launch Offer transaction according to the Terms and Conditions of this Promo by showing a VALID original identification card used for the Launch Offer transaction and showing the e-invoice received by the Buyer/Consumer after the Launch Offer transaction was successfully completed (pickup cannot be represented by another person for any reason).
• Buyers/Consumers must ensure that the buyer's name matches the name on the KTP/SIM. Goods must be activated at the store upon pickup. If the goods pickup is represented, a power of attorney with a Rp10,000 stamp duty must be prepared and the original KTP of the buyer/consumer and the original KTP of the person picking up the goods must be prepared.
• The selected store only functions as a place to pick up products purchased by the Buyer/Consumer. If there are problems with the received product, Buyers/Consumers should contact Samsung Indonesia Customer Service at Call Center Samsung Indonesia at 0800-112-8888 and 0800-112-7777 (Toll Free 24 hours) and via email at cs.care@samsung.com.
• By making a transaction via this delivery method, the Buyer/Consumer has understood and will comply with the terms and conditions that have been set and their changes (if any) by samsung.com/id.

Prize Conditions:

• Prizes are available in limited quantities, while supplies last. Samsung reserves the right to add or reduce the prize quota at any time according to Samsung's policy.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged, modified, canceled, and/or cashed out. Buyers/Consumers cannot choose the color of the prize. Prizes will be sent according to stock availability.
• Samsung reserves the right to cancel the status of a prize if it is found that the Buyer/Consumer's process and data do not comply with Samsung's system.
• Buyers/Consumers cannot cancel transactions and/or change data/information provided during the transaction process for any reason after the transaction is completed. Therefore, Buyers/Consumers are expected to ensure that all Buyer/Consumer data/information is correct and accurate at the time of the transaction. The accuracy of all provided data/information is the full responsibility of the Buyer/Consumer.
• Complaints regarding purchased products by the buyer/consumer must be submitted within a maximum of 7 days after the goods are delivered.
• Product returns/exchanges due to product defects can be made if accompanied by an unboxing video / at the time of package opening.
• Samsung has the right and authority to reject requests for transaction cancellations that have been completed in this Promo.
• Samsung has the right and authority to cancel transactions that are indicated as invalid and/or violate these Terms and Conditions.
• Samsung reserves the right at any time to add, change, modify, and/or delete all or part of these Terms and Conditions.
• All Samsung decisions in this Promo are final and cannot be contested.
• By making a transaction in this Promo, the Buyer/Consumer is deemed to have agreed to and accepted all these Terms and Conditions and their changes (if any).
• Buyers/Consumers are also deemed to have agreed to and given permission to be contacted by Samsung, its affiliates, and third parties appointed by Samsung via inbox, email, phone, or SMS during the Promo Period or thereafter.
• Buyers/Consumers are also deemed to have given consent and authorization to Samsung, its affiliates, and third parties appointed by Samsung to collect, use, process, and/or disclose the data provided by the Buyer/Consumer in this Promo ("Customer Data") in connection with this Promo or for Samsung's interests in accordance with Samsung's privacy policy as regulated at https://www.samsung.com/id/info/privacy/.
• Promos regulated in these Terms and Conditions cannot be combined with other promos/vouchers/coupons, except for the Trade-In program.

Trade-In / Trade-In Terms and Conditions:

The Trade-In Program within this Promo is a program where Buyers/Consumers can purchase a new Samsung Galaxy Series unit by exchanging their old Samsung smartphone/tablet and paying the price difference for the new Samsung Galaxy Series with the price of the Buyer/Consumer's old smartphone/tablet as regulated in these Trade-In Terms and Conditions.

• Buyers/Consumers can only exchange a maximum of 1 (one) smartphone/tablet unit for trade-in with 1 (one) Samsung Galaxy Series unit in this Trade-In program.
• Discount prices will be listed in the Cart after entering the IMEI No during the promo period.
• The Trade-In Program can only be used by Buyers/Consumers who will purchase Samsung Galaxy Series through the www.samsung.com/id site during the promo period.
• Smartphones/tablets eligible for this program are personal smartphones/tablets owned by the Buyer/Consumer.
• When making a transaction at www.samsung.com/id, Buyers/Consumers must click "ADD" on the Trade In option after adding the desired Samsung Galaxy Series to the Cart, then:
1. Enter the 5 (five) digits of the "Postal Code" in the provided field, then select your old smartphone/tablet Brand and select your old smartphone/tablet model, then click "CONTINUE".
2. Enter the Category, Brand, Device, and Capacity used by the Buyer/Consumer.
3. Enter the 15 (fifteen) digits of the IMEI Number of the old smartphone/tablet to be traded in (the IMEI Number must match the details in the previous column) in the provided field and click "CONTINUE" to get the trade-in discount price for the old smartphone/tablet.
4. After being sure of the trade-in price to be paid, click "CONFIRM".
5. The trade-in price will directly deduct the price of the Galaxy Series in the Cart.
• If the Buyer/Consumer does not complete the steps mentioned in point (h) of these Trade-In program terms and conditions when making the purchase transaction, the transaction can still be completed but will not reduce the purchase price.
• Buyers/Consumers cannot cancel a completed Trade-In transaction for any reason.
• Before the exchange process, the Laku6 team will contact the Buyer/Consumer first to confirm the exchange time. If there is a change in the exchange time by the Buyer/Consumer, the deadline for changing the time is a maximum of 2 (two) working days after the previously agreed date.
• Buyers/Consumers are advised to back up their data before performing the Trade-In, and must ensure that all data on the old smartphone/tablet has been deleted before handing it over to Laku6 during the unit exchange process.
• Samsung and Laku6 are not responsible for data loss that occurs after the factory reset process and/or due to the Buyer/Consumer's negligence in backing up data. Samsung and Laku6 are also not responsible for SIM Cards, and any claims related to any data stored on the Buyer/Consumer's old smartphone/tablet.
• During the unit exchange process, the Buyer/Consumer is responsible for maintaining the condition of the old smartphone/tablet to be traded in and must provide the old smartphone/tablet, as well as show proof of transaction and the valid KTP/Passport/KITAS/KITAP used by the Buyer/Consumer when making the transaction at www.samsung.com/id to the Laku6 party.
• Unit exchange cannot be represented by another person for any reason.
• Samsung's decision in this Trade-In program is absolute and cannot be contested.
• By participating in this Trade-In program, the Buyer/Consumer is deemed to have agreed to and accepted all applicable Trade-In terms and conditions and their changes (if any).
• Trade-In terms and conditions may change without prior notice. Samsung reserves the right at any time to add, change, modify, or delete all or part of these Trade-In terms and conditions.

Promo Terms and Conditions for Installments Without Credit Card (Kredivo):

Kredivo is an exclusive instant credit solution that provides convenience for Samsung Buyers/Consumers to purchase various Samsung products now and pay later in installments with very affordable interest. The Kredivo application is operated and managed by PT Kredivo Finance Indonesia ("Kredivo").

• Benefits of using Kredivo:
• Shop with installments without down payment and without a credit card.
• Buyers/Consumers can use Kredivo without any minimum transaction value.
• 0% interest applies for 30-day tenor (non-installments) and 3-month installments.
• Exclusive interest of 2.6%/month applies for all installment tenors (6 or 12 months) if the Buyer/Consumer makes a transaction of at least Rp1,000,000.
• Opportunity to get a limit of up to Rp30,000,000 within minutes.
• More practical checkout with 2 easy steps and purchased items will be processed immediately.
• The due date for installments is calculated 30 days from the transaction date, so the due date for each transaction may vary.
• Applies to all Samsung products.

• Registration Requirements:
• Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI).
• Aged between 18 to 60 years.
• Domiciled in Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, Palembang, Medan, Bali, Malang, Sukabumi, Cirebon.
• Minimum income of Rp3,000,000 per month.
• How to register on the application:
• Download the Kredivo application from the Google Play Store (this application is only available on Android).
• Open the Kredivo application to start registration.
• Complete all requested personal data.
• Enter the address on the map pointer.
• Upload KTP according to instructions.
• Follow the live selfie movements according to the guide.
• Upload NPWP according to instructions as proof of income.
• Wait for further confirmation from Kredivo (max 24 hours).
• Don't forget to activate your account after the application is approved.
• Important information for Kredivo users:
• 0% interest applies for 30-day tenor (non-installments) and 3-month installments, with an exclusive interest of 2.6% per month for 6 or 12-month installments. If payment is late, a late payment interest will be applied, compounded at 4% per 30 days and a late fee of 6% per 30 days of the outstanding bill amount.
• Kredivo does not charge registration or annual fees.
• Users can directly transact using the Kredivo application at the outlet and still enjoy the exclusive interest of 2.6% per month for installments.
• Kredivo account credentials can be used to log in to the Kredivo application, and vice versa.
• The limit obtained in the Kredivo application is a combined limit with the limit owned in the Kredivo account.
• How to pay Kredivo bills:
• Open the Kredivo application. Click Transactions, then Pay. Select the transaction to be paid.
• Make payments through the desired Virtual Account channel. If using ATM/e-banking, the bill amount will be the same as the selected transaction.
• If step 1 is not completed, the total bill will be displayed when paying via Virtual Account.
• BCA and Permata users can enter the payment amount themselves. Mandiri, Indomaret, and Alfamart users must complete step 1 to pay certain transactions.
• Specifically for Alfamart, bill payments per day are limited to 1 time.
• Kredivo bills can also be paid via Tokopedia. Visit the Tokopedia website or app, then on the Payment & Top Up page, select Kredivo Credit Installments.
• If the user receives a payment reminder email and only wants to pay the amount due in the email, the user must complete step 1.
• By transacting using Kredivo, Buyers/Consumers also agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy applicable to Kredivo.
