Samsung Live IM 4 Julio Promotion Terms and Conditions

I. Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: Live IM 4 Julio (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: From July 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. until July 4, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., or until stock lasts, whichever occurs first.

Available Units: 2000 units of the BENEFIT are available for this PROMOTION across all references and Authorized Participating Stores.

Applicable Territory: National.

Applicable Channels: Online channels of Authorized Participating Stores.

II. Previous Considerations

Participation in this PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (T&C). These T&C can be consulted at https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/pymes.

III. Specific Promotion Conditions

1. Object: By attending the live event on July 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. via the channels mentioned in section 5, the CLIENT will receive a promotional code during the live event, which will grant a 15% discount (“BENEFIT”) on “Mobile” category products detailed in section 3 of these T&C (“PRODUCTS”). The CLIENT has until July 4, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. to redeem the BENEFIT.

3. Products and Units: The products are listed below. Purchase is subject to availability at Authorized Participating Stores at the time of purchase.

4. Clients: Clients are natural persons aged 18 or older.
5. Mechanics: CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION through the online channels of Authorized Participating Stores and purchase the PRODUCT during the PROMOTION dates, paying with any method authorized by each Authorized Participating Store.
   • The CLIENT must enter the Authorized Participating Store and access the live event on July 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. via https://www.samsung.com/co/multistore/pymes_co/.
   • A promotional code for the BENEFIT will be provided during the live event, which CLIENTS must note down for later use.
   • The CLIENT must redeem the BENEFIT in the Authorized Participating Stores by 11:59 p.m. on July 4, 2025.
   • To redeem the BENEFIT, the CLIENT must enter the Authorized Participating Store.
   • The CLIENT will add the desired PRODUCT to the shopping cart, provided it is available.
   • In the shopping cart, in the “discount coupon” section, the CLIENT must enter the code indicated during the live event to access the BENEFIT.
   • The CLIENT must verify that the DISCOUNT BENEFIT has been applied and follow the steps to complete the purchase.
6. Special Benefit Conditions:
   • The PROMOTION is not cumulative with other promotions.
   • The PROMOTION is only applicable to purchases with a minimum amount of COP$2,000,000.
   • The BENEFIT can be used a maximum of one (1) time per CLIENT.

IV. General Promotion Conditions

1. By purchasing the PROMOTION, the CLIENT accepts all conditions stated in these T&C.
2. Each Authorized Participating Store may determine product prices and points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, considering the applicable territory.
3. For online channels, each Authorized Participating Store may determine delivery and shipping conditions. CLIENTS should contact the store for more information before purchasing.
4. If the BENEFIT is a product available in multiple colors, the Authorized Participating Store will provide the product in the color that is available.
5. If units or references run out before the indicated dates, the PROMOTION will end.
6. The warranty for PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty provided by SAMSUNG, provided SAMSUNG is the producer. If another manufacturer is involved, their warranty will apply.
7. If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal for an acquired PRODUCT, they must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if it has already been delivered. Withdrawal conditions apply as defined by law and by each Authorized Participating Store.
8. The BENEFIT cannot be exchanged for cash, bank deposits, credit/debit card payments, or any other transaction or benefit other than what is described in these T&C.
9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to these T&C at any time. Updates will be published on https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/, and clients will be considered notified.
10. SAMSUNG and Authorized Participating Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION and PRODUCTS/BENEFITS. Claims regarding PRODUCTS/BENEFITS should be directed to the SAMSUNG Call Center, WhatsApp (+57) 3138698800, or the customer service channels of the Authorized Participating Stores.
11. When an Authorized Participating Store is part of SAMSUNG's online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the personal information of CLIENTS using security technologies and procedures. For more information, CLIENTS can consult the data protection policy at https://www.samsung.com/co/proteccion_de datos/.
12. When an Authorized Participating Store is not part of SAMSUNG's online channel, the respective store is responsible for personal data collected during the PROMOTION. CLIENTS can consult the store's data protection policy on their website. SAMSUNG acts as a data processor for data collected during the PROMOTION.
13. These T&C comply with Colombian laws.
