Features

How to Use the Wake-up Light

Place the Wake-up Light 40-50cm from your head, for example on a side table.

Connect with DC 5V power. After 1 second, it will enter the clock setting mode. The CR2032 battery functions as a power backup in case of a power failure, ensuring the alarm and time are not reset.

Setting the Clock Time

(First Time or After Power Failure)

The hour indication starts to blink. Use the [up arrow] button to set hours and confirm by pressing the [clock button]. The minute indication will start to blink. Use the [up arrow] button to adjust and confirm by pressing the [clock button]. When the time is set, press the [mode button] to switch between 12H and 24H modes. In 12H mode, AM and PM will be displayed.

Changing Current Time

Press and hold the [clock button] button. The hour indication starts to blink. Use the [up arrow] button to set hours and confirm by pressing the [clock button]. The minute indication will start to blink. Use the [up arrow] button to adjust and confirm by pressing the [clock button]. If the indication stops, touch the button again.

Intensity of Time Display

Press the [topside button] to activate the light and adjust the intensity of the time display.

Setting the Light

Press the [light button] to switch on the light. Adjust the brightness by touch (10 different levels).

A second press activates the automatic color changing mode, functioning as a mood light. Use the [color select button] to choose colors: green, red, blue, pink, orange, and light blue.

A third press turns off the light.

Setting the Alarm

Press the [alarm button] to switch the alarm on or off. The alarm display will show or disappear accordingly.

Press and hold the [alarm button] for 3 seconds to set the alarm. The hour indication starts to blink. Use the [up arrow] button to adjust hours and confirm by pressing the [clock button]. The minute indication will start to blink. Use the [up arrow] button to adjust and confirm by pressing the [alarm button]. If the indication stops, touch the button again.

Choosing Your Nature Sounds

Press the [topside button], then press the [sound select button] to choose between 1 and 7 as a wake-up sound. Sounds 1-6 are pre-set natural sounds, and sound 7 is FM radio. If switching between sounds 1-6, a preview will be played. If switching to sound 7, the alarm sound will be your last listened FM radio frequency. Press the [confirm button] to confirm the sound.

You can choose the wake-up sound volume level between 00 and 15 (default is 10) by pressing the [topside button] of the wake-up light.

Sunrise Light Simulation

30 minutes before the alarm time, the sunrise simulation white light will gradually increase from 10% to 100% intensity by the alarm time. This prepares your body for waking up and becoming alert. At the alarm time, the wake-up sound will play for 2 minutes.

Setting the Sunset/Sleep Time

Touch the [sunset button] to switch sunset on or off. The [sunset icon] appears on the display when switched on and disappears when switched off.

Hold the [sunset button] for 3 seconds to set the sunset time. The hour indication starts to blink. Use the [up arrow] button to adjust the time. Touch the [confirm button] to confirm the sunset time.

Sunset Simulation Sleep Light

30 minutes before sunset time, the sunset simulation light will be on at 100% intensity. The brightness will gradually decrease from 100% to 10% brightness, after which it will automatically turn off.

Note: Hold the [sunset button] for 3 seconds to turn off the sunset light.

Sunset Light Simulation (Dimming)

Press the [dimming button] to set the sunset light simulation time. Options displayed are 15, 30, 60 minutes, or OFF. These numbers represent the time in minutes the light will take to dim. When the desired number is displayed, do not press any button for 5 seconds to set the time. Normal operation will resume. During sunset simulation, the [dimming button] will flash. Press the [cancel button] to cancel the sunset simulation and keep the current brightness. Press and hold the [cancel button] for 3 seconds to turn off the sunset light.

FM Radio

Touch the [FM radio button] to switch the FM radio on or off. Hold for 5 seconds to scan radio frequencies; automatically scanned frequencies will be saved. Touch the [station select button] to select an FM station.

You can choose the FM radio volume level between 00-15 by pressing on the backside.

Tip: To get a good radio signal, fully unwind the antenna and move it around until you receive the best reception.

During Sound Play

Snooze function: Press the [snooze button]. The sound will stop and play again after 5 minutes. Press any button except the [snooze button] to stop the sound permanently.

Press and hold the [power button] to switch off the wake-up light.
