Product Overview

The SYLVANIA ValueLED Small Wall Pack luminaires offer environmentally preferable LED alternatives to traditional HID luminaires, providing up to 68% in energy savings. They are ideal for replacing traditional luminaires or for new installations. The Small Wall Pack series is available in several wattages and lumen packages, suitable for illuminating building exteriors, outdoor corridors, walkways, and stairwells.

General:

Upon receipt of the fixture, thoroughly inspect for any freight damage which should be brought to the attention of the delivery carrier. The sensor is located under the lens (all models ship preset at 4000K).

Installation Safety Instructions:

• Please read all instructions before attempting installation.
• To prevent personal injury or product damage, only licensed electricians should provide all installation services.
• To avoid electric shock or component damage, disconnect power before attempting installation or servicing.
• This product must be installed in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC) and all applicable federal, state, and local electric codes and safety standards.
• Use caution when handling this product during or after operation, as it may become hot and cause burns. Disconnect product and allow cooling prior to servicing.
• Any alteration or modification of this product is expressly forbidden, as it may cause serious personal injury, death, property damage, and/or product malfunction.
• To prevent product malfunction and/or electrical shock, this product must be properly grounded.
• This luminaire is to be wall mounted only.
• This luminaire is designed to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°F to +104°F (-40°C to +40°C).

Front View: Height 11.02" (280mm), Width 6.89" (175mm).

Side View: Depth 5.24" (133mm).

CCT Switch:

The CCT (Correlated Color Temperature) switch is located inside the luminaire, allowing selection between 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K.

Installation Instructions

Standard Installation - Wall Mount

1. Before starting, ensure that the power is disconnected.
2. Remove the 2 Torx screws (1 on each side) that hold the front plastic housing to the back and remove the front housing. (See Figure 1)
3. Loosen the 2 screws (C) that hold the reflector (A) in place, ensuring that the quick connectors (B) are disconnected. (See Figure 2)
4. Remove the conduit plug cover in either the bottom or the back of the housing.
5. To mount the rear housing, knock out appropriate holes around the outlet hole in the rear housing.
6. If 3000K or 5000K are desired, please adjust the CCT switch.
7. Wire the fixture according to the wiring diagram below.
8. Install the rear housing to the junction box using screws supplied with the junction box.
9. Replace the reflector and front housing using screws removed in steps 2 and 3.
10. To ensure a watertight seal, caulk between the rear housing and the mounting surface.
