2. Installation Instructions
2.1. Appearance
The front of the device shows a ribbed surface with a small circular logo. The back of the device shows a rectangular area, likely for a SIM card or cover, and indicates 'SOS alarm', 'T&H MIC'.
2.2. Device online operation
2.2.1. SIM Card Insertion
Insert the SIM card into the GPS tracker. The SIM card requires SMS, data service, and phone function. Ensure the device is powered; if not, connect the charger to power it.

2.1.2. Command Send Operation
Send two text messages to the SIM card number of the GPS tracker using your mobile phone:
APN, apnname#
: This SMS connects the GPS tracker to your local network. Replace 'apnname' with your SIM card's local carrier APN (e.g., APN, cmnet#). Consult your carrier if unsure.SERVER, 1, gps.whatsgps.com, 6801,0#
: This SMS connects the GPS tracker to the WhatsGPS tracking platform. For other platforms, follow a similar format.
To check if the tracker is online, visit www.whatsgps.com or download the WhatsGPS app.
2.3. Indicator Light Status

Note: If the battery is completely dead, the full charge time is about 8 hours. Mild fever during charging is normal.
2.4. Installation Method
The device is designed for hidden installation. Follow these guidelines:
- To prevent theft, hide the device's location as much as possible.
- Avoid placing it near transmitting sources like reversing radars, burglar alarms, or other in-vehicle communication devices.
- The device can be fixed using cable ties or strong double-sided adhesive tape.
The device has built-in GSM and GPS antennas. When installing, ensure they face upwards (towards the sky) without any metal shielding above.
2.5. Function Declaration
The Bluetooth configuration function requires the Bluetooth tool software. Contact dealer technicians for the download address or download from the iOS App Store and Android App Store. Operation modes can be viewed via video by scanning a QR code (not provided here). The listening function requires an SOS number to be set.

5. Description of Common Commands
The following commands can be sent by SIM card SMS or WhatsGPS platform.
5.1. Common Setup Commands

6. Troubleshooting

Important Note: Please keep this warranty card properly to enjoy one-year after-sales warranty. If this card is lost, your terminal warranty period will be postponed to your purchase date within 30 days after the factory date of the terminal checked by our company.
1. During the warranty period, free warranty is provided if there is a problem due to the quality of the repair item itself.
2. During the warranty period, issues due to human factors, improper operation, incorrect power supply voltage, courier damage, self-disassembly, torn warranty strip, or natural disasters are not covered by the warranty.
3. This warranty does not apply to cases other than defects in materials, design, and workmanship.
4. There is no right to extend or renew the warranty for repair or replacement under this warranty.
