1.1 Safety

- Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heaters, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
- Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong is provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
- Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
- Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
- Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus. When a cart or rack is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.
- Unplug the apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
- Refer all servicing to qualified personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the unit has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
- Minimum distance around the apparatus for sufficient ventilation is 5cm.
- The ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with items, such as newspapers, table-cloths, curtains, etc...

- Batteries should be recycled or disposed of as per state and local guidelines.
- The use of apparatus in moderate climates.
Caution: Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures other than those described herein, may result in hazardous radiation exposure or other unsafe operation.
The mains plug/appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device; the disconnect device must remain readily operable.

1.2 Warning

- If any solid object or liquid falls into the system, unplug the system and have it checked by qualified personnel before operating it any further.
- Do not attempt to clean the unit with chemical solvents as this may damage the finish. Use a clean, dry or slightly damp cloth.
- When removing the Adapter from the wall outlet, always pull directly on the plug, never yank on the cord.
- Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance will void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
- The rating label is pasted on the bottom or back of the equipment.

Identifying the Parts
4.1 Main Unit

Preparations
5.1 Prepare the Remote Control
The provided remote control allows the unit to be operated from a distance. Remote control operation may be impossible if there are any obstacles between the unit and the remote control, or if operated near other products generating infrared rays.
5.2 Replace the Remote Control Battery
Steps:
- Press and slide the back cover to open the battery compartment.
- Insert two AAA size batteries (included), ensuring the (+) and (-) ends match the indicated polarities.
- Close the battery compartment cover.
Precautions Concerning Batteries:
- Insert batteries with correct positive (+) and negative (-) polarities.
- Use batteries of the same type. Do not mix types.
- Either rechargeable or non-rechargeable batteries can be used. Refer to labels.
- Be aware of fingernails when removing the cover and battery.
- Do not drop the remote control.
- Do not impact the remote control.
- Do not spill water or liquid on the remote control.
- Do not place the remote control on a wet object.
- Do not place the remote control under direct sunlight or near excessive heat sources.
- Remove the battery when not in use for a long period to prevent corrosion or leakage.
- Do not use batteries other than those specified.
- Do not mix new and old batteries.
- Never recharge a battery unless confirmed rechargeable.
5.3 Placement and Mounting
Placement: According to the picture, install the hanger on the RV.

Installation method:
- Lock the support and Soundbar with M4 screws.
- Align the four VESA holes of the TV with the positioning holes of the support, and then fix them on the wall mount bracket as a whole.
Connections
6.1 Use the HDMI ARC Socket
The ARC (Audio Return Channel) function allows audio from an ARC-compliant TV to be sent to the soundbar via a single HDMI connection. Ensure your TV is HDMI-CEC and ARC compliant. When correctly set up, the TV remote can control the soundbar's volume (volume +/- and MUTE).

- Connect the HDMI cable from the unit's HDMI (ARC) socket to the HDMI (ARC) socket on your ARC-compliant TV.
- Press the remote control's input button to select HDMI ARC mode.
Tips:
- Your TV must support the HDMI-CEC and ARC function. Both must be set to On.
- HDMI-CEC and ARC setting methods may differ by TV model. Refer to your TV's owner's manual.
- Only HDMI 1.4 or higher version cables support the ARC function.
6.2 Use the OPTICAL Socket
You can also use an OPTICAL cable to connect the TV's OPTICAL OUT socket to the unit's OPTICAL Socket.

6.3 Connect Power
Risk of product damage!
- Ensure the adapter's supply voltage corresponds to the voltage printed on the unit.
- Before connecting the adapter, ensure all other connections are complete.
- Connect the adapter cable to the unit's DC~ socket and then into a mains socket.

Note: If there is no power, ensure the Adapter cord and plug are fully inserted and the power is turned on. Adapter plug type varies by regions.
General Operation
7.1 Standby/ON
When connected to mains, the soundbar is in Standby mode. Press the [⏻] button on the remote control to switch ON. Press it again to return to STANDBY mode. Disconnect the mains plug to switch OFF completely.
7.2 Automatic Power Off Function
The soundbar automatically turns to Standby mode after approximately 15 minutes if the TV or external unit is disconnected, switched off, or the volume is too low (no signal input). To switch off completely, remove the mains plug. Turn off completely to save energy when not in use.
7.3 Select Modes
Press the [INPUT] button repeatedly to select the AUX, Bluetooth, OPTICAL, HDMI ARC, or USB mode. The current mode will be displayed on the front of the soundbar.
- Au: Aux mode
- bE: Bluetooth mode
- OP: Optical mode
- Hd: HDMI ARC mode
- US: USB mode
7.4 Adjust the Volume
Press the [➕]/[➖] (volume) buttons on the remote control to adjust the volume. Press the [?] button to mute sound; press it again or use [➕]/[➖] to resume.
Note: The status LED indicator will flash quickly during volume adjustment. It will flash slowly 3 times when maximum/minimum volume is reached.
7.5 Select Equalizer (EQ) Effect
While playing, press the TREB-, EQ, TREB+ buttons on the remote control to select preset Equalizers.
OPTICAL / AUX / HDMI ARC Operation
- Ensure the soundbar is connected to the TV or audio device.
- Press the [INPUT] button repeatedly to select the OPTICAL, AUX, HDMI ARC mode. The indicator light on the front of the soundbar shows the current mode.
- Operate your audio device directly for playback features.
- Press the [VOL +/-] buttons to adjust the volume.
Tip: The soundbar may not decode all digital audio formats. If so, it will mute (this is not a defect). Ensure the audio setting of the input source (e.g., TV, game console, DVD player) is set to PCM for HDMI/OPTICAL/AUX input. Refer to the input source device's manual for audio setting details.
Bluetooth Operation
First time pairing
- Press the [INPUT] button on the remote control to select Bluetooth mode. The Blue indicator will flash slowly.
- Activate your Bluetooth device and select search mode.
- Select "Elf R2". Enter "0000" for the password if necessary. After audio prompt, the system is connected, and the blue indicator will light up solidly.
Pairing a new device after first time pairing:
- In Bluetooth mode, press and hold the [INPUT] button to disconnect from current devices and enter pairing mode. An audio prompt will sound, and the indicator will flash rapidly.
- Follow steps 2-3 in "First time pairing" to pair your Bluetooth device.
Listen to Music from Bluetooth device
If your Bluetooth device supports A2DP, play music via your device. If it supports AVRCP, use the remote control for playback:
- To increase/decrease volume, press [➕]/[➖] buttons.
- To pause/resume playback, press [▶️/⏸️] button.
- To skip a track, press [⏩]/[⏪] button.
Operational Notes:
- Maximum operational range is approximately 8 meters in an open space.
- Ensure you know your device's capabilities before connecting.
- Compatibility with all Bluetooth devices is not guaranteed.
- Obstacles can reduce operational range.
- Keep the player away from other electronic devices that may cause interference.
- The player will disconnect if your device is moved beyond the operational range.
USB Operation
Connect a USB mass storage device (e.g., USB flash drive) to enjoy stored music.

- Press the [INPUT] button on the remote control to select USB mode.
- Press the [▶️/⏸️] button to pause/resume playback.

Notes:
- Supports MP3 music file format only.
- Supports USB devices up to 32 GB of memory.
- May not be compatible with all USB devices; this is not an indication of a problem with the unit.
Troubleshooting
To keep the warranty valid, do not attempt to repair the system yourself. Check the following points before requesting service.

Remote control does not work | Before pressing playback buttons, select the correct source. Reduce distance between remote and unit. Insert battery with correct polarities [➕/➖]. Replace battery. Aim remote control at the sensor on the front of the unit. |
No sound | Make sure the Soundbar is not muted. Press [?] (MUTE) or [➕]/[➖] volume buttons. Press [⏻] button to switch to standby, then press again to switch on. Press source buttons to select input. For Digital inputs, if no audio: try setting TV output to PCM or connect directly to source (some TVs don't pass digital audio). Your TV may be set to variable audio output; confirm setting is FIXED or STANDARD, not VARIABLE. Consult TV manual. If using Bluetooth, ensure source volume is up and not muted. |
I can't find the Bluetooth name of this unit on my Bluetooth device for Bluetooth pairing | Ensure the Bluetooth function is activated on your Bluetooth device. Re-pair the Soundbar with your Bluetooth device. The Soundbar has a Bluetooth® function that can receive a signal within 8 metres. Keep a distance within 8 metres between the Soundbar and your Bluetooth® device. |
The Soundbar turns off | When the Soundbar's external input signal level is too low, it will automatically turn off after 15 minutes. Please increase the volume level of your external device. |

Warranty Policy
(1) When returning an item, please note the following:
- Only items purchased directly from www.sylvoxtv.com and authorized resellers can be returned (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, Wayfair, Aliexpress).
- Return requests for products purchased from unauthorized third-party suppliers will not be accepted.
- Customer must contact the original vendor with order ID or purchase proof and product issue details at Sylvox-Team to request a return/refund/repair/replace before returning products. Sylvox will provide a shipping label.
- Sylvox is responsible for all return shipping costs for quality problems.
- If returning a product without reason after installation and use, Sylvox may charge a 20% restocking fee of the product value (only for returns within 7 days after arrival; freight costs are customer's responsibility).
- Ensure returned items are repackaged in original condition with all documentation and accessories.
- If the returned product is not in original packaging or has artificial damage affecting resale (e.g., appearance damage, missing accessories), corresponding expenses will be deducted.
- Requests will be handled upon receipt of the returned item.
(2) How to return a product for a refund? (30 days money-back guarantee)
To return an item to Sylvox, contact the Sylvox-team to submit an after-sales application. A shipping label will be provided. Include original order number or proof in the email and ensure the item is returned within 30 days. Refunds are issued only after the item is received in its original packaging (with documentation and accessories).
(3) Refunds
Once the product condition is verified, a refund is initiated. Refunds are processed via the original payment method. For credit/debit cards, refunds appear within 7-10 business days of receipt. Contact the bank for specific posting times.
(4) What does the warranty not cover?
- a. Wrong use or improper repair by the user.
- b. Failure or damage caused by transportation, moving, or falling after purchase.
- c. Other unavoidable external factors.
- d. Improper use causing damage from water or other solutions.
- e. Failure caused by lightning strike or other electric system reasons.
- f. Damage caused by using a power supply other than the specified voltage.
Warranty Period: Sylvox repairs the TV free of charge under normal use conditions as per the instruction manual within 12 months. Sylvox warrants that this product conforms to specifications and will be free of defects in material and workmanship.
Sylvox will correct defects subject to the following conditions:
- a. Abusive operation, negligence, accident, shipment damages, improper delivery/installation, or use not intended as per the manual.
- b. Tampering, modification, adjustment, or repair by unauthorized persons.
- c. Replacement of accessories, consumables, or peripheral items required through normal use (e.g., earphones, remote controls, batteries).
- d. Cosmetic damage to the surface or exterior from normal wear and tear, improper shipping, or use of chemical cleaning agents.
- e. Damage from external or environmental conditions (e.g., incorrect voltage, surges, liquid spillage, acts of nature).
- f. Products returned with altered, illegible, or missing model, factory serial number, and UL markings.
- g. Products used for rental, business, or commercial purposes.
- h. Installation, consumer instruction, delivery, setup, adjustment, and/or programming charges.
- i. A Product not installed following included installation instructions.
- j. Signal reception problems, image "burn-in", signal noise, echo, interference, or issues with third-party provided services or content.
No other entity is authorized to extend, enlarge, or transfer this warranty on behalf of Sylvox.
The express warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.
