Scooter Components
The DUALTRON CITY scooter features the following components:
- Accelerator: Controls speed.
- Handle stem: Connects handlebars to the steering column.
- Handle post (Steering tube): The main vertical support for the handlebars.
- QR lever: Lever for adjusting/locking the steering column.
- Locking slide: Mechanism to secure the steering column.

- Horn: Auditory signaling device.
- Front suspension: Absorbs shocks for a smoother ride.
- Front fender: Protects from debris.
- Front motor: Powers the front wheel.

- Rear fender with light: Protects from debris and includes a rear light.

Handlebar Functions
The handlebar controls include:

Bluetooth Connection
APP Download Guide
Method 1: Scan the QR code [QR Code Symbol] to download the APP. Choose the mobile phone system (iPhone/Android) to install and register/log in.
Method 2: Search "DUALTRON" in the App Store or Google Play Store, download the application, and register/log in.
Pair the Bluetooth on the APP
- Power on the scooter.
- Open the Dualtron app and click "Search vehicle" to pair with your scooter. The Bluetooth symbol on the scooter will light up when connected.
- Select "bind as owner". This ensures only authorized users can connect. Authorizations are managed within the app.
Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble the steering column:
- To raise the steering tube: Release the QR lever, raise the locking slide upwards, then raise the steering tube. Lower the locking slide downward to secure. Tighten the finishing screw on the QR lever to ensure the locking slide is firmly fixed. Check for looseness during use.
- To fold the steering tube: Loosen the QR lever, pull the locking slide inward, and raise the handlebar. Close the QR lever and tighten the set screw. Place the locking slide up to the safety line and lock it with the QR lever. Always check for looseness during use.
How to Ride
Follow these steps to ride your Dualtron City scooter:
- Power On & Mode Selection: Power on the scooter and choose your desired speed mode (e.g., ECO, TURBO). Speed modes can also be selected via the Dualtron app.
- Starting Glide: Stand on the footboard with one foot and push off with the other foot to start gliding. Ensure SAFE mode is deactivated (this can be done via the Dualtron app or by squeezing the brake lever).
- Stable Riding: Place both feet on the footboard and stand stably. Pull the throttle to accelerate.
- Slowing Down: Release the throttle and squeeze the brake levers to slow down.
- Turning: To turn, shift your body weight and turn the handlebar slightly. Ensure sufficient turning space and be aware of road conditions.
Warning: Hard braking can lead to serious danger or injury. Maintain a moderate speed and be aware of potential hazards.
Folding
Follow these steps to fold the Dualtron City scooter:
- Loosen the QR lever and push the locking slider inward. Fold the handlebars down.
- To further secure the steering tube for folding: Loosen the QR lever and move the locking slide upward. Important: You must hold the steering tube with your hand to prevent it from falling and causing injury.
- Lay the steering tube down while raising the locking slide to complete the folding process.
