To ensure maximum safety while using your Razer BlackShark V2 X, follow these guidelines:
- If you experience operational issues or troubleshooting fails, unplug the device and contact Razer support at support.razer.com.
- Do not disassemble the device or attempt to operate it under abnormal current loads, as this will void your warranty.
- Keep the device away from liquid, humidity, or moisture. Operate within the temperature range of 0°C (32°F) to 40°C (104°F). If the temperature exceeds this range, unplug or switch off the device to allow it to stabilize.
- Gently stretch the headset apart before placing it over your head to minimize headband stress. Avoid overstretching beyond its technical limits.
- The device isolates external ambient sounds, which may lower awareness of your surroundings. Remove the headset when activities require active awareness.
- Listening to excessively loud volumes for extended periods can damage hearing. Adhere to local legislation regarding maximum sound levels (e.g., 86dB for 8 hours a day). Reduce volume to a comfortable level for prolonged listening.
