Ergotron Neo-Flex™ LCD Cart
This document provides instructions for the assembly, installation, and adjustment of the Ergotron Neo-Flex LCD Cart.
Assembly Instructions
The following steps detail the assembly process. Ensure all parts are accounted for before beginning.
- Step 1: Attach the main support column to the base using the provided M6 x 65mm screws.
- Step 2: Slide the monitor arm assembly onto the main support column.
- Step 3: Attach the VESA mounting plate to the monitor arm. Ensure the correct orientation for your monitor. Use M5 x 16mm and M5 x 20mm screws as indicated. Optional security screws can be used with the 5-sided security wrench.
- Step 4: Attach the keyboard tray to the monitor arm assembly.
- Step 5: Mount the monitor to the VESA plate using the appropriate screws (M4 x 10mm).
- Step 6: Install the CPU holder onto the cart.
- Step 7: Route cables using the provided cable management clips. Ensure proper length for movement.
- Step 8: Organize cables and secure them to the cart.
- Step 9: Attach the keyboard and mouse to the tray.
- Step 10: Connect the monitor and CPU cables.
Weight Capacity
The cart has specific weight limits for different components:
- Component A: 5-12 lbs (2.3-5.4 kg)
- Component B: Less than 5 lbs (2.3 kg)
- Component C: Less than 9 lbs (4.1 kg)
- Total combined weight (A+B+C): 5-26 lbs (2.3-11.8 kg)
Adjustment Instructions
Follow these instructions to adjust the tension of the monitor arm for optimal positioning.
- Adjusting Tension: Locate the adjustment points on the arm. Use the provided tools (e.g., 5mm and 3mm hex keys) to tighten or loosen the tension screws.
- WARNING: Impact Hazard! Moving parts can crush and cut. Always raise the cart to its full up position before removing equipment. Adjust lift tension to accommodate the applied load. Do not exceed minimum or maximum weight capacities. Failure to heed this warning may result in serious personal injury or property damage.
