Warranty Details

All NITECORE® products are warranted for quality. Any DOA / defective product can be exchanged for a replacement through a local distributor/dealer within 15 days of purchase. After that, all defective / malfunctioning NITECORE® products can be repaired free of charge within 12 months from the date of purchase. Beyond 12 months, a limited warranty applies, covering the cost of labor and maintenance, but not the cost of accessories or replacement parts.

The warranty will be nullified if:

• 1. the product(s) is/are broken down, reconstructed and/or modified by unauthorized parties;
• 2. the product(s) is/are damaged due to improper use.

Warnings

• 1. This product is USB-C rechargeable. Please use compliant power supplies. DO NOT use damaged charging cables.
• 2. Please keep this product out of the reach of children and pets to prevent accidental swallowing.
• 3. This product is intended only for relieving itching caused by mosquito bites.
• 4. This product is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. It is not recommended for children under 10 years old. Children aged 10 and over or individuals with disabilities should only use the product under the assistance and supervision of a legal guardian.
• 5. DO NOT use the product on infants or young children to prevent burns.
• 6. DO NOT use the product if you have skin diseases (e.g., eczema or infectious dermatitis) or heat sensitivity.
• 7. DO NOT use the product on broken, wounded or inflamed skin, or areas with severe allergic reactions, as it may exacerbate the symptoms or cause infections.
• 8. Use with caution in patients with seizure disorders or keloids history. A patch test is recommended before regular use.
• 9. Seek medical advice in advance if using this product during pregnancy.
• 10. Use with caution or under supervision in patients with sensory impairment caused by metabolic disorders (e.g., diabetes mellitus, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, thyroid dysfunction, or neuroimmune disorders).
• 11. The regular mode is recommended for the first use on a small, non-sensitive skin area to check for any discomfort or allergic reactions. Stop using the product if redness, swelling, or other abnormal reactions develop.
• 12. Closely monitor your skin during use. Stop using the product and rinse the affected area with running water if any abnormal symptoms occur and persist (e.g., severe redness, intensified itching, burning sensation, or allergic reactions). Seek immediate medical attention if necessary.
• 13. DO NOT use the product on face, near the eyes or other sensitive and delicate skin areas.
• 14. DO NOT overuse the product. It is recommended not to use consecutively on the same skin area more than 5 times per hour and leave an interval of at least 2 minutes between each application to avoid burns or allergic reactions.
• 15. DO NOT scratch the skin area during use to avoid further irritation and potential skin damage.
• 16. This product may cause temporary localized redness, warmth, or a mild stinging sensation, which typically subsides within a few minutes.
• 17. This product is intended for human use only. DO NOT apply it to animals such as dogs or cats.
• 18. DO NOT use the product on flammable or explosive materials, as the high heat may lead to combustion or explosion.
• 19. This product is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Please seek medical attention promptly if the discomfort or symptoms persist after use.
• 20. DO NOT place the product in water. Please dry it thoroughly before use in case of accidental drops into water.
• 21. DO NOT insert foreign matters into the charging port.
• 22. DO NOT expose the product to temperatures above 60°C (140°F) for a prolonged time, as this may cause battery explosion or combustion.
• 23. DO NOT disassemble or modify this product as doing so will cause damage to it and render the product warranty invalid. Please refer to the warranty section in the manual for complete warranty information.

Battery Safety

Improper use of devices with built-in Li-ion batteries may result in severe battery damage or safety hazards such as combustion or explosion. DO NOT use the device if it is damaged. DO NOT disassemble, puncture, cut, crush, or incinerate the device. If any leakage or abnormal odor is noticed, stop using the device immediately. Dispose of the device/batteries in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.

Technical Data

Product Overview

The device features a contact plate, a red indicator light, multiple blue indicator lights, a LO (Regular Mode) button, a HI (High-Performance Mode) button, and a USB-C charging port.

Charging Function

The product is equipped with an intelligent charging system. Please charge the product before the first use.

Power Connection: Use a USB-C charging cable to connect an external power supply (e.g., an adapter, a power bank, or other charging devices) to the charging port of the product to begin the charging process.

• During the charging process, the blue indicators will transition gradually from flashing to a steady light, one by one, displaying the battery level.
• When the product is fully charged, the 3 blue indicators will become steadily turned on.
• The charging time is approx. 1 hour 40 minutes (charged via a 5V/1A adapter).
• When fully charged, the standby time is about 12 months.

Operation Instructions

The product features two temperature settings. Please select the appropriate setting based on your skin condition.

1. Fast Itch Relief

Press and hold the HI Button / LO Button until the red indicator becomes steadily turned on. Release the button and place the contact plate onto the mosquito bite area. After 3 seconds, the red indicator will automatically go off, indicating the product has turned off.

2. Long-lasting Itch Relief

Press and hold the HI Button / LO Button. Even after the red indicator becomes steadily turned on, continue holding the button until the blue indicator(s) is(are) on. Release it and place the contact plate onto the mosquito bite area. (The product has three blue indicators. Each activated blue indicator indicates an additional second of relief duration.)

• When 1 blue indicator is turned on, the relief duration is 4 seconds.
• When 2 blue indicators are turned on, the relief duration is 5 seconds.
• When 3 blue indicators are turned on, the relief duration is 6 seconds (maximum duration).

Note: If all of the three blue indicators are turned on and the button continues to be pressed, the red and blue indicators will turn off simultaneously and the product will shut down automatically.

Power Indication

Short press the HI Button / LO Button, and the corresponding blue indicators will turn on sequentially to indicate the remaining battery power.

Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment

The crossed-out trash can symbol indicates that this equipment must not be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste. It must be collected separately. Disposal via residual waste or the yellow bin is prohibited. If the product contains non-permanently installed batteries or rechargeable batteries, they must be removed before disposal and disposed of separately as batteries.
