Charging Function

The MH12 Pro is equipped with an intelligent charging system. As illustrated in the diagram, unscrew the tail cap and use the USB-C charging cable to connect an external power source (e.g., a USB adapter, a computer, or other USB charging devices) to the charging port to begin the charging process.

• During the charging process, the power indicator will flash slowly to indicate normal charging.
• When the battery is fully charged, the power indicator will turn steady on.
• When the charging process is abnormal (e.g., the battery is damaged or installed incorrectly), the power indicator will flash rapidly to indicate an error.
• The charging time for a 21700 Li-ion battery (5,300mAh) is approximately 3 hours 30 minutes.

Battery Installation / Removal

1. Unscrew the tail cap.
2. Insert the 21700 i Series Battery with the positive pole pointing towards the head as illustrated.
3. Screw the tail cap back on.

Operating Instructions

Tactical Momentary Illumination

Half press and hold the Tail Switch to turn on the light. Release to turn it off.

On / Off

• On: When the light is off, full press the Tail Switch until a click sound is heard to turn it on.
• Off: When the light is on, full press the Tail Switch until a click sound is heard to turn it off.

User Mode Selection

The MH12 Pro provides 2 user modes: Daily Mode and Tactical Mode.

• Daily Mode (Default Setting): In this mode, the flashlight will memorize and re-access the previously memorized brightness level or special mode (STROBE/BEACON/SOS) when reactivated.
• Tactical Mode: In this mode, the flashlight will only access TURBO Level when reactified.

To select a desired user mode:

When the light is off, press and hold the Side Switch and the Tail Switch simultaneously for 5 seconds until the main LED flashes to indicate the selected user mode.

• 1 Flash: Daily Mode
• 2 Flashes: Tactical Mode

Brightness Levels

• Daily Mode: When the light is on, short press the Side Switch to cycle through the following brightness levels: ULTRALOW - LOW - MID - HIGH - TURBO.
• Tactical Mode: When the light is on, short press the Side Switch to cycle through the following brightness levels: TURBO - HIGH - MID - LOW - ULTRALOW.

Special Modes (STROBE / BEACON / SOS)

• Daily Mode: When the light is on, press and hold the Side Switch to enter STROBE Mode. Short press the Side Switch again to cycle through BEACON - SOS - STROBE. Release the Side Switch to exit special modes.
• Tactical Mode: When the light is on, press and hold the Side Switch to enter STROBE Mode. Release the Side Switch to exit STROBE Mode.

Power Indication

When the light is off, short press the Side Switch and the power indicator beneath it will flash to indicate the remaining battery power:

• 3 Flashes: Battery power is above 50%.
• 2 Flashes: Battery power is below 50%.
• 1 Flash: Battery power is below 10%.

ATR (Advanced Temperature Regulation)

The integrated ATR technology regulates the output of the MH12 Pro according to the working condition and ambient environment to maintain the optimal performance.

Maintenance

Every 6 months, threads should be wiped with a clean cloth followed by a thin coating of silicon-based lubricant.

Warranty Service

All NITECORE products are warranted for quality. Any DOA / defective product can be exchanged for a replacement through a local distributor/dealer within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, all defective / malfunctioning NITECORE products can be repaired free of charge for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Beyond 5 years, a limited warranty applies, covering the cost of labor and maintenance, but not the cost of accessories or replacement parts.

The warranty is nullified if:

1. The product(s) is/are broken down, reconstructed and/or modified by unauthorized parties.
2. The product(s) is/are damaged due to improper usage.
3. The product(s) is/are damaged by leakage of batteries.
