Product Overview
This document provides installation instructions and technical data for the QLT CCxxW and CCxxWD series of constant current LED drivers. These drivers are available in power ratings of 23W, 36W, 44W, and 60W, offering DALI, Push Dimming, and 1-10V control options.

Dimensions
The drivers are available in two main sizes: 163mm (length) x 30mm (width) x 21mm (height) for the 23W, 36W, and 44W models, and 164mm (length) x 43mm (width) x 30mm (height) for the 60W model.
Connections and Grounding
The drivers utilize fast connectors for 0.5-1.5mm² wires for power and control signals. The primary (PRI) and secondary (SEC) connections are clearly marked. Control inputs include DALI [DALI], Push Dimming, and 1-10V [1-10V].
The earth terminal is designated as a functional earth for performance improvement, not safety. It is recommended to connect this terminal to ground (GND) to mitigate electromagnetic interference (EMI) and prevent residual LED brightness in standby mode, particularly when the driver is mounted on earthed luminaire components like heat sinks. This is especially relevant for high-efficiency, large-area LED systems in Class I luminaires.
State Memory
The product features state memory, meaning it will maintain the last set dimming level even after a power interruption.
DIP Switch Settings
For proper configuration, DIP switches must be adjusted while the device is powered off for a minimum of 30 seconds.
Push Dimming Control Procedures
The Push Dimming function allows for intuitive control:
- ON/OFF: A brief press of the button (0.12 sec - 0.6 sec) toggles the power state.
- Dimming: A prolonged press of the button (> 0.6 sec) activates dimming from 1% to 100%.
- Synchronization: To synchronize multiple drivers to a 50% dimming level, press and hold the button for 10 seconds.
- Dimming Time Adjustment: The default dimming speed is 3 seconds. This can be changed to 6 seconds by a prolonged button press. The procedure involves holding the button for 10 seconds, then another 10 seconds, releasing, and then pressing again for 10 seconds to reset the dimming time to 3 seconds.

Important: Installation must be performed exclusively by qualified and specialized personnel.
- Always switch off the mains power supply before performing any connections or installations.
- Keep this installation document in a secure location for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and accident prevention guidelines.
- Dispose of the product and its packaging in accordance with local environmental regulations.

The drivers are marked with essential certifications and compatibility indicators, including the [CE Mark] for European conformity, [SELV] for Safety Extra Low Voltage, and indications for [DALI] and [AM] control compatibility.
Installation Guidance
Visual aids in the document suggest installation practices, including recommended spacing of 3-5cm around the driver for adequate ventilation. Indicators for power states such as Pno (standby power), Psb (standby power), Pnet (net power), and a "Load Always ON" status are also depicted.
