Fixture Warranty
This Westinghouse lighting fixture is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from the purchase date. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
This warranty does not cover acts of nature (e.g., lightning damage), corrosion, discoloration of components, damages from abuse, improper installation, electric surges, or acts of third parties. It also does not cover the costs of removing and re-installing the fixture.

⚠️ WARNING: ELECTRICAL SHOCK CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY.
Read and follow instructions exactly as shown. If instructions are unclear, do not proceed. Contact a qualified electrician. Proper wiring is essential for safe operation. When cutting or drilling into walls or ceilings, do not damage electrical wiring, gas lines, or water lines. If any fixture or wiring components are damaged, do not install. Return to place of purchase.
For fixtures with 75°C or 90°C supply wire warnings: Risk of fire. Most dwellings built before 1985 have supply wires rated 60°C. Consult a qualified electrician before installing.

Mounting and Wiring Instructions
? NOTE: Underwriters Laboratories (UL) does not require all fixtures to have ground wires. These fixtures meet all UL specifications.
- [Power Off] Turn off power at circuit box to avoid possible electric shock.
- Thread mounting screws (A) into universal mounting plate (B) approximately 5/8 inch (see Figure 1 description).
- Secure universal mounting plate (B) to outlet box (C) with outlet box screws (D) (if applicable).
- Identify color coding of fixture wires (refer to Figure 2 description).
- Connect the black fixture wire to the black [Hot Wire] from the outlet box (C) using wire connector (F). Wrap the connector (F) with electrical tape for a secure connection.
- Connect the white fixture wire to the white [Neutral Wire] from the outlet box (C) using wire connector (F). Wrap the connector (F) with electrical tape for a secure connection.
- Partially thread green grounding screw (G) into side hole (H) on universal mounting plate (B) (see Figure 1 description).
- Wrap the fixture's [Ground Wire] around the green grounding screw stem (H), leaving excess wire. Connect the excess grounding wire from the fixture to the grounding wire from the outlet box (C) using wire connector (F) (if applicable). Wrap the connector (F) with electrical tape for a secure connection.
- Tighten green grounding screw (G). Do not over tighten.
- Tuck wires neatly inside outlet box (C).

Figure 2 illustrates the wire connections:
- Fixture Wires: Black (Hot), White (Neutral), Bare Copper ([Ground Wire])
- House Wires: Black ([Hot Wire]), White ([Neutral Wire]), Bare Copper ([Ground Wire])
Connections are made using wire connectors (F).
Fixture Assembly Instructions
⚠️ Warning: This fixture is for indoor use only.
- Position the back plate (E) over the mounting screws (A) by aligning the key slots (I) with the screws (A).
- Rotate the back plate (E) until the mounting screws (A) lock into the narrow end of the key slots (I). Secure into place with mounting screws (A).
- Move the slide switch to select your desired light color temperature: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K.
- Secure the glass shade (K) into the bracket (M) using washers (J) and cap nuts (L).
- [Power On] Turn power back on at the circuit box.
Important Safety & Care Information
⚠️ WARNING
Turn off electricity to the mounting site before beginning installation. Mounting instructions must be followed exactly as shown for the fixture to be safely supported.
Cleaning and Care
To clean, wipe the fixture with a soft cloth. Clean the glass with mild soap. Sprays from chemical cleaners can discolor the fixture's finish. Do not use scouring pads, powders, steel wool, or abrasive paper to clean this fixture.
