Getting Started & Controls

Powering On/Off

Press and hold the power button for 1 second to turn ON. The LED indicator will turn blue. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn OFF. The LED indicator will turn red.

Bluetooth Pairing

To enter pairing mode, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds while the headphones are OFF until the LED indicator blinks blue. Select "Soundcore A3033" on your device's Bluetooth list to connect.

Connecting Two Devices (Multi-point)

Your headphones can connect to two devices simultaneously.

1. Pair with the first device as described above.
2. Turn off Bluetooth on the first device.
3. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to re-enter pairing mode (LED blinks blue).
4. Connect to the second device.
5. Turn on Bluetooth on the first device, and it will reconnect automatically.

To manually connect to a previously paired device, press the power button once.

Button Functions

Multi-function Button (on one earcup):

• Play/Pause music: Press once ▶️⏸️.
• Next track: Double press.
• Previous track: Press and hold for 1 second.
• Answer/End call: Press once.
• Reject call: Press and hold for 1 second.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant): Press and hold for 1 second.

Volume Buttons (on the other earcup):

• Volume Up: Press once.
• Next track: Press and hold for 1 second.
• Volume Down: Press once.
• Previous track: Press and hold for 1 second.

Features & Usage

EQ Modes

Press the power button twice to switch between different EQ modes: EQ2 (BassUp™) and EQ1. These modes allow you to customize the sound profile.

Voice Assistant

Press and hold the multi-function button for 1 second to activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri or Google Assistant) without reaching for your phone. ?

Soundcore App & Charging

Soundcore App

Download the Soundcore App to access advanced features such as EQ settings, firmware updates, and a sleeping mode. Scan the QR codes or search for "Soundcore" on the App Store or Google Play.

Charging

Connect the included USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the headphones and a power adapter. The LED indicator will be solid red while charging and will turn off when fully charged.

• Charging time: Approximately 2 hours.
• Playtime: Up to 60 hours (varies with volume and content).
• Input: 5V ⎓ 0.65A ?

• Avoid dropping the product.
• Do not disassemble the product.
• Do not submerge in water.
• The product should not be exposed to dripping or splashing.
• Avoid extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
• Do not expose the battery to excessive heat such as direct sunshine, fire, or similar sources. ?
• Do not use the device outdoors during thunderstorms.
• Use only original or certified cables for charging.
• Do not use corrosive cleaners or oils for cleaning.
• Keep out of reach of children. The product contains small parts which may be a choking hazard.

Hearing Safety ?

• To avoid hearing damage, do not listen for extended periods at high volume.
• Do not turn the volume so high that you are unable to hear your surroundings.
• Do not use earphones while driving.
• Use caution or temporarily discontinue use in potentially hazardous situations.
