Charging

Pairing and Connectivity

Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your device via Bluetooth:

  1. Press and hold the power button (⏻) for 4 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The blue LED will flash rapidly.
  2. On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "Soundcore Vortex".
  3. Once connected, the blue LED will be solid for 5 seconds.
  4. To re-enter pairing mode to connect to a new device, press and hold the power button (⏻) for 4 seconds.

Aux Input

Connect a 3.5mm audio cable to the headphone's Aux port for wired audio playback.

Behavior: When an audio cable is plugged into the Aux port, the headphones will automatically switch to Aux mode, and Bluetooth will be disabled.

Warranty Terms

The product is covered by a warranty for 2 years from the date of delivery.

  1. The entire product, including all parts, is covered by the warranty.
  2. If the product is found to be defective, the consumer may exercise their rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, including:
    • Withdrawal from the contract.
    • Requesting a reduction in the sales price.
    • Requesting free repair.
    • Requesting replacement of the product with an identical, defect-free one.
  3. If the consumer chooses the free repair option, the seller is obligated to repair the product without charging for labor, parts, or any other costs. The consumer can also exercise this right against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly liable.
  4. If the product is repaired under warranty and malfunctions again, or if the repair exceeds the maximum allowed time, or if repair is deemed impossible by an authorized service station, seller, manufacturer, or importer (as determined by a report), the consumer may request a refund, a price reduction proportional to the defect, or replacement with a defect-free product if possible. The seller cannot refuse these requests.
  5. The repair period for the product shall not exceed 20 business days. This period starts from the date the defect is reported to the authorized service station or seller (during the warranty period) or from the date the product is delivered to the authorized service station (outside the warranty period). If the defect cannot be resolved within 10 business days, the manufacturer or importer must provide a similar product for the consumer's use until the repair is completed. The repair time is added to the warranty period if the product malfunctions during the warranty period.
  6. Defects arising from misuse, contrary to the user manual, are not covered by the warranty.
  7. In case of disputes regarding warranty rights, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the transaction took place.
  8. If the seller fails to provide this Warranty Certificate, the consumer may apply to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

Warranty Validity Conditions

The warranty will be void under the following conditions:

  1. If the device is installed or repaired by anyone other than our authorized service personnel, or if the device is found to have been opened.
  2. The warranty does not cover defects arising from the use of the device for purposes other than its intended use or under abnormal conditions. The following are specifically excluded:
    • Damage and defects resulting from use contrary to the user manual or installation guide.
    • Damage and defects resulting from accidents.
    • Damage and defects resulting from voltage incompatibility, faulty electrical installations, or use with voltages different from the one stated on the device label.
    • Damage and defects resulting from natural disasters such as fire, flood, or lightning.
    • Damage and defects occurring during the transportation, loading, unloading, or moving of the device after delivery to the consumer.
