- Remove the protection film on the screen and lenses before using the product.
- This product is intended to be mounted on an existing rearview mirror. It must not be placed in a location that may affect the deployment of airbags, and must not obstruct the driver's view.
- Securely mount this product before driving. Make sure the lenses are clean and not blocked.
- Don't leave the product in a place that is exposed to direct sunlight or extremely high temperature. The operating temperature of this product ranges from -10°C(14°F) to 60°C(140°F).
- A formatted memory card is required to be inserted into the product before the first-time use.
- Drive safe! Don't operate the product when you are driving to avoid a traffic accident caused by distraction. Be sure to park the car in a safe place before operating.

Know Your Mirror Dash Camera
Dash Cam Components
The dash camera features:
- Touch Screen
- Type-C Port for the Car Charger

Installation of Your Dash Camera
IMPORTANT:
- Professional installation is recommended.
- Stop the engine of your vehicle.
Step 1: Insert Memory Card
Insert a memory card (supports up to 256GB, class 10 or higher speed card) into the dash camera.
Step 2: Mount Dash Camera
Mount the dash camera on your original rearview mirror with the rubber straps. Consider different attaching points if shaking occurs.
Step 3: Connect Power
Connect the Type-C port of the car charger to the dash camera, then plug the other end of the car charger into the cigarette lighter receptacle in your vehicle. The USB port on the car charger can supply power to your mobile device.
Step 4: Connect Rear Camera
Connect the AV out port of the rear camera kit to the dash camera, then stretch the cable through the vehicle to the rear part of it.
Step 5: Connect Reverse Light Wire
Set the vehicle in reverse gear, identify the wire that feeds the Reverse Light from the rear light cluster. Tie the Red Trigger Wire with the positive terminal of the correct wire.
Step 6: Mount Rear Camera
Mount the rear camera to the rear of your vehicle, ensuring it is oriented correctly to avoid upside-down images.
Step 7: Install GPS Module
Insert the GPS module on the dash camera and stick it in a proper location with the letters GPS facing upward. Different icons indicate GPS status: ? No GPS Module Inserted, ⚠️ GPS module inserted, insufficient satellites found, ✅ Enough Satellites Searched.
Step 8: Test Installation
Start the engine to check if the installation is correct.
Use Your Mirror Dash Camera
1. Power On/Off
Start the engine to automatically power on the camera; stop the engine to automatically power off the camera.
Tip: After powering on, format the card via the pop-up window or go to Sys setting > Disk formatting.
2. Screen On/Off
Press the power button once when the camera is on to turn off the screen. When it sleeps, press the button again or touch the screen to wake it up.
3. Recording Interface
After powering on and card formatting, the camera automatically starts recording. Videos are 1 minute long by default and overwrite older files when the card is full.
Recording Interface Controls and Gestures
Touch controls:
- ? Main page
- ? Audio toggle
- ? Take photo
- ▶️ Record/Stop

Gestures:
- Slide left/right on the right part of the touch screen to switch views (front, rear, both cameras).
- Swipe up/down on the left part of the touch screen to see the lens' full field of view.
- Swipe up/down on the right part of the touch screen to adjust display brightness.
When the GPS receiver is installed, vehicle speed and direction are displayed after about 3 seconds of powering on.
4. Check and Delete Videos and Photos
Touch the File explorer icon on the recording interface to access recorded files. Files are categorized as:
- ? VIDEO-F: Videos from the front camera.
- ? VIDEO-B: Videos from the rear camera.
- ? VIDEO-LOCK: Locked videos (collision or manual lock).
- ? IMAGE: Photos taken by the cameras.
Tap a file name to play. Tap to delete a file. Tap to lock a video.
How to Transfer Files
Remove the memory card and connect it to a computer via a card reader for file transfer.
Smart Driving Assistance Function
Important: This function is for assistance only and not a substitute for driving judgment. Install the GPS receiver for accurate monitoring.
Touch the Smart drive icon to set BSD and LCA.
1. BSD (Blind Spot Detection)
The BSD function warns the driver of approaching vehicles in the blind spot area.
- ? CALIBRATE: Set the BSD monitoring area by adjusting dots. Tap ? SAVE to confirm. Tip: Adjust only when the vehicle is parked.
- ▶️ On/Off: Enable or disable the BSD function.
- ⚙️ SETTING: Configure detailed parameters:
- Monitoring sensitivity: Very Low, Low, Medium, High.
- Monitoring type: Pedestrians, Motor, Pedestrians/Non-motor/Motor.
- Speed threshold: 0km/h, 10km/h, 20km/h, 30km/h.
- Auxiliary mode: Normal (no rear camera connection) or Astern (rear camera connected to reverse light).
- Alarm area display: Open/Closed.
2. LCA (Lane Change Assist)
The LCA function warns the driver of approaching vehicles in adjacent lanes to aid safe lane changes.
- ? CALIBRATE: Set the LCA monitoring area. Tap ? SAVE to confirm. Tip: Adjust only when the vehicle is parked.
- ▶️ On/Off: Enable or disable the LCA function.
- ⚙️ SETTING: Configure detailed parameters:
- Monitoring sensitivity: Very Low, Low, Medium, High.
- Monitoring type: Pedestrians, Motor, Pedestrians/Non-motor/Motor.
- Speed threshold: 10km/h, 30km/h, 50km/h, 80km/h.
Alarm Tone: Open/Closed.
Alarm area display: Open/Closed.
Settings
Camera Settings
Access camera settings via ⚙️ Camera setting. Options include:
- Record resolution: Switch resolution for front and rear cameras.
- Loop record: Set video segment length (1, 2, or 3 Minutes).
- Light source frequency: Set fresh rate (50Hz or 60 Hz).
- Gsensor sensitivity: Set collision detection sensitivity (Low, Medium, High, Closed). High sensitivity records minor collisions, Low records severe collisions. A flashing yellow dot indicates a locked video.
- Parking mode: Options include Closed, Time-lapse record (compresses 30 mins to 1 min), and Gsensor. Note: An extra Hardwire Kit (not included) is required for this function.
- WDR: Enhances detail in low and high light areas.
- Recording: Turn audio on/off.
- Video watermark: Show/hide date and time.
- Rear mirror: Enable/disable mirroring for the rear camera view.
System Settings
Access system settings via ⚙️ Sys setting. Options include:
- Stream media switch: Set default display (rear camera ON, front camera OFF).
- Volume setting: Adjust system volume.
- Start up sound: Turn on/off power-on sound.
- Keytone: Turn on/off touch display sound.
- Auto power off: Set auto power-off duration (Closed, 1 Minute, 3 Minutes).
- Screen sleep: Set screen sleep duration (Closed, 1 Minute, 3 Minutes).
- Speed Unit: Change speed display unit (e.g., km/h).
- Speed error adjustment: Manually fine-tune displayed speed.
- Language setting: Change system language.
- Time zone select: Select your time zone.
- Voice Control: Enable/disable and adjust sensitivity (High, Medium, Low). An icon indicates the selected level.
- Satellite information: View detailed GPS information (requires GPS receiver).
- Date & time setting: Set date and clock format.
- Disk formatting: Format the memory card.
- Version information: View camera version.
- Restore factory: Reset camera to factory settings.
Voice Control
The dash camera supports voice commands. After setting Voice Control sensitivity in Sys setting, use commands such as: Turn on screen, Turn off screen, Show front camera, Show rear camera, Show both cameras, Turn on audio, Turn off audio, Lock the video, Take photo.
Check the GPS Data
To check GPS data:
- Visit https://dvplayer.net/setup.html to download DVPlayer.
- Install and run DVPlayer. For privacy, click About > Product Registration to enter the provided FREE registration code (Serial Number on the back of the dash camera and your email address).
- Transfer videos from the dash camera to your computer using a card reader.
- Launch DVPlayer and open your video.
- In DVPlayer Settings, configure Video Playback mode, Language, Map, Speed Unit, Track linking, and Auto Play Next.
