NOTICE
- Please read and understand all instructions in this user manual and keep it for future reference.
- Only use original, safety-tested accessories provided by the manufacturer.
- Remove the protection film on the screen and lenses before use.
- This product is intended to be mounted on an existing rearview mirror. It must not obstruct airbags or the driver's view.
- Securely mount the product before driving. Ensure lenses are clean and unblocked.
- Do not leave the product in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. Operating temperature: -10°C (14°F) to 60°C (140°F).
- A formatted memory card is required for first-time use.
- Drive safely! Do not operate the product while driving to avoid distraction. Park in a safe place before operating.

INSTALLATION OF YOUR DASH CAMERA
IMPORTANT:
- Professional installation is recommended.
- Stop the engine of your vehicle.
Step 1:
Insert a memory card (supports up to 256GB, class 10 or higher speed card) into the dash camera.

Step 2:
Mount the dash camera on your original rearview mirror with the rubber straps.

Tip: If you notice slight shaking of the dash camera after installation, try a different attaching point.
Step 3:
Connect the Type-C port of the car charger to the dash camera. Plug the other end of the car charger into the cigarette lighter receptacle in your vehicle.

Tip: The USB port on the car charger can supply power to your mobile device when connected to the cigarette lighter receptacle.
Step 4:
Connect the AV out port of the rear camera kit to the dash camera. Stretch the cable through the vehicle to the rear part.
Step 5:
Set the vehicle in reverse gear. Identify the wire for the Reverse Light from the rear light cluster. Connect the Red Trigger Wire to the positive terminal of the correct wire. (Contact us for detailed installation video.)
Step 6:
Mount the rear camera to the rear of your vehicle.

Step 7:
Insert the GPS module onto the dash camera and affix it in a proper location with the letters GPS facing upward.

Different icons on the screen:
- ? GPS module inserted, insufficient satellites found.
- ? Enough Satellites Searched
Step 8:
Start the engine to check if the installation is correct.
USE YOUR MIRROR DASH CAMERA
1. Power On/Off
Start the engine to automatically power on the camera. Stop the engine to automatically power off the camera.
Tip: After powering on, format the card as prompted or navigate to Sys setting > Disk formatting.
2. Screen On/Off
Press the power button once to turn off the screen. Press it again or touch the screen to wake it up.
3. Recording Interface
After powering on and formatting the card, the camera starts recording automatically. Each video is 1 minute long by default and will loop, overwriting the oldest videos when the card is full.
- Touch ? to go to the main page.
- Touch ? to turn audio on or off during recording.
- Touch ? to take a photo.
- Touch ▶️ to start or stop recording.
- Touch ? to lock the current video.
- Touch ?️ to check voice commands.
Gestures in the recording interface
Switching Views: Slide left/right on the right part of the touch screen to switch between the front camera view, rear camera view, and both cameras' view.

Adjusting Preview Angle: Swipe up/down on the left part of the touch screen or the left bar to adjust the preview angle of the front or rear camera.

Tip: If you connect the red wire of the rear camera kit to your reversing light, the dash camera will automatically display the reversing view when the vehicle is in reverse gear. You can adjust the lens view and reversing line for a better reversing experience. (The default reversing view is not zoomed and displays only the lower portion of the rear camera's view.)
Swipe up/down on the right part of the touch screen to adjust the display brightness.

After powering on, the vehicle's current speed and direction will be displayed on the right of the screen (if the GPS receiver is installed) after approximately 3 seconds.

4. Check and Delete Videos and Photos
From the recording interface, touch ? to open File explorer and access recorded videos and photos.

- VIDEO-F: Videos recorded by the front camera.
- VIDEO-B: Videos recorded by the rear camera.
- VIDEO-LOCK: Locked videos recorded manually or during a collision.
- IMAGE: Photos taken by the front and rear cameras.
- Tap the file name to play the video/photo.
- Tap ?️ and Yes to delete the selected file.
- Tap ? and Yes to lock the selected video and move it to VIDEO-LOCK.
How to transfer the files?
Remove the memory card from the dash camera and connect it to a computer using a card reader (not included) for file transfer.
SMART DRIVING ASSISTANCE FUNCTION
Important:
The smart driving assistance function is for assistance only and should not replace your driving judgment. For accurate monitoring, installing the GPS receiver is recommended.
Touch ⚙️ and Smart drive to set the ADAS and BSD functions.

1. ADAS (Advanced Driver-assistance System)
ADAS helps perceive the surroundings and provides information to the driver.

- 1 CALIBRATE: Set ADAS monitoring areas. Tap ⬆️ / ⬇️ to adjust red line, ◀️ / ▶️ to adjust green line, and ⬆️ / ⬇️ to adjust yellow line. Tap Save to confirm.
- 2 On/Off: Enable or disable the ADAS function.
- 3 SETTING: Configure ADAS parameters. Adjust sensitivity levels as needed; higher sensitivity may trigger more frequent warnings.
Alert Type:
- Front Car Collision Alarm: High, Medium, Weak, Closed. Warns of potential crashes with vehicles ahead. High, Medium, and Weak represent different sensitivity levels; Closed disables the function.
- Pedestrian Collision Alarm: High, Medium, Weak, Closed. Warns of potential collisions with pedestrians.
- Lane Change Alarm: High, Medium, Weak, Closed. Warns when crossing solid white lines during lane changes. High, Medium, and Low are sensitivity levels; Closed disables the function.
- The Vehicle Ahead Starts Alarm: High, Medium, Weak, Closed. Warns when the vehicle ahead begins to move.
- The Vehicle Distance Alarm: High, Medium, Weak, Closed. Warns when the vehicle gets too close to the one ahead.
- Alarm tone: Open and Closed. Enable or disable audio alarms for approaching objects.
2. BSD (Blind Spot Detection)
The BSD function warns the driver of approaching vehicles in the preset blind spot areas.

- 1 CALIBRATE: Set BSD monitoring area. Tap ? to change dot location; use arrow keys or drag dots to adjust the area. Tap SAVE to confirm.
- 2 On/Off: Enable or disable the BSD function.
- 3 SETTING: Configure BSD parameters.
Monitoring sensitivity: Very Low, Low, Medium, High. High sensitivity warns of approaching objects regardless of relative velocity. Medium warns when relative velocity is ≥ 0 km/h. Low/Very Low warns when relative velocity is ≥ 10 km/h or ≥ 20 km/h.
Monitoring type: Pedestrians, Motor, Pedestrians/Non-motor/Motor. Select the object type for detection.
Speed threshold: 10km/h, 30km/h, 50km/h, 80km/h. Choose based on driving speed; lower thresholds result in more frequent alerts.
Alarm tone: Open and Closed. Enable or disable audio alarms.
Alarm area display: Open and Closed. Show or hide alarm areas on the screen.
SETTINGS
Camera Settings
Tap ⚙️ and Camera setting to access camera settings.

- Back: Tap to return to the previous interface.
- 1. Record resolution: Switch between front and rear camera resolutions.
- 2. Loop record: Set video recording time (1 Minute, 2 Minutes, 3 Minutes). Default is 1 minute.
- 3. Light source frequency: Set between 50Hz and 60 Hz.
- 4. Gsensor sensity: Adjust collision detection sensitivity (Low, Medium, High, Closed). High sensitivity locks video on minor collisions; Low locks on severe collisions. A yellow dot indicates a locked video.
- 5. Parking mode (requires Hardwire Kit):
- Closed: Disables parking mode.
- Time-lapse record: Records at 1 frame per second while parked.
- Gsensor: Activates on collision while parked, recording a 15-20 second locked video before powering off.
- 6. WDR: Captures details in both poorly and strongly lit areas.
- 7. Recording: Turn audio on/off during video recording.
- 8. Video watermark: Show or hide the date and time on recorded videos.
- 9. Rear mirror: Turn the mirroring function of the rear camera preview on or off.
System Settings
Tap ⚙️ and Sys setting to access system settings.

- 1. Stream media switch: Set the initial display view (rear camera by default if enabled, front camera if disabled).
- 2. Volume setting: Adjust system volume.
- 3. Start up sound: Turn the startup sound on/off.
- 4. Keytone: Turn the touch sound on/off.
- 5. Auto power off: Set the auto power-off duration (Closed, 1 Minute, 3 Minutes).
- 6. Screen sleep: Set the screen sleep timer (Closed, 1 Minute, 3 Minutes).
- 7. Speed unit: Change the displayed speed unit.
- 8. Speed error adjustment: Manually fine-tune speed accuracy if needed.
- 9. Language setting: Change the system language.
- 10. Time zone select: Select your time zone.
- 11. Voice Control: Enable/disable voice control and adjust sensitivity (High or Medium). An icon will appear for checking voice commands.
- 12. Satellite information: View detailed GPS information (requires GPS receiver installation).
- 13. Date & time setting: Set date and clock formats.
- 14. Disk formatting: Format the memory card.
- 15. Version information: Check the camera's version for technical support.
- 16. Restore factory: Reset the camera to factory settings.
VOICE CONTROL
Control the mirror dash camera using voice commands after setting the Voice Control sensitivity in Sys setting. Available commands include: Turn on screen, Turn off screen, Show front camera, Show rear camera, Show both cameras, Turn on audio, Turn off audio, Lock the video, Take photo.
CHECK THE GPS DATA
Step 1: Visit https://dvplayer.net/setup.html to download DVPlayer onto your computer.
Step 2: Install and run DVPlayer. For privacy, click About > Product Registration to enter the provided FREE registration code (Serial Number on the back of your dash camera) and your email address. This code is exclusive and free of charge.
Tip: Each registration code is valid for one Windows and one Mac computer. To switch computers, go to About > Delete Registration on the original computer, then use the same code on the new computer.
Step 3: Transfer videos from the dash camera to your computer using a card reader.
Step 4: Launch DVPlayer and open the video to play.

Step 5: In DVPlayer, tap Settings to configure Video Playback mode, Language, Map, Speed Unit, Track linking, and Auto Play Next.
