The AC connector is a 16A Neutrik® Powercon TRUE1 and features a mains link connector for supplying other units. Assembly instructions and further information are available at: https://www.neutrik.com/en/product/nac3fx-w.
5.1. Connections
- LABI1-SB18p: Features two balanced XLR audio inputs (Input1, Input2) and two XLR outputs (Output1, Output2) for linking another LABI1-SB18p. These outputs mirror the input signals. Input-output configurations can be stereo or mono depending on the preset, but the subwoofer output is always mono (In1+In2).
- Connecting LABI1-C100i: Use Speakon® cables from the SB18p's CABINET1 or CABINET2 outputs to the C100i's Speakon® input. Outputs can be used in mono or stereo based on the preset, delivering 600W@4Ω. Two C100i columns can be linked via the LINK output using Speakon® or Euroblock connectors.
- LABI1-SB18: Features one Speakon® input and one Speakon® stack output.
5.2. Configuration Panel (LABI1-SB18p)
The LABI1-SB18p has an LCD screen and a joystick for digital control and configuration of the loudspeaker system's internal DSP. The joystick allows navigation through the following functions:
- Home: View cabinet input and output levels, including VU meters and clip indicators.
- Settings: Adjust parameters such as Gain, Mute, Polarity, Delay, and High Pass Filter (type, frequency, order).
- Folder: Browse and select presets, displaying the preset name and its description.
- Configuration: Set up Ethernet connection (automatic or manual).
- Information: View general information about the cabinet's components, including model, serial number, DSP firmware/hardware versions, amplifier module model, and accelerometer status.
The screen saver can also be configured, and input selection (Analog or AES3) is available for channels 1 and 2.
Note: Apply the desired configuration to each cabinet and ensure it has electrical power to operate.
6. Installation and Configuration Systems
The LABI ONE SERIES is designed to allow users to choose a wide variety of loudspeaker system configurations. Its accessories ensure maximum installation versatility for mounting LABI ONE loudspeakers on any desired surface or structure.
6.1. LABI1-C100i: Acoustic Centre
When installing LABI1-C100i column loudspeakers, it is important to consider that the acoustic centre of the column is located between the six speakers at the top. The correct operational height will be the height of this "acoustic centre". The LABI1-C100i is in its normal position when the ECLER logo is placed at the bottom of the column. When two columns are used to form one column, the upper column must be placed upside down to create a unique "acoustic centre" for the column. Diagrams illustrate this with a green shaded zone indicating the acoustic centre.
7. Active Loudspeakers Systems
7.1. Presets
There are 18 different presets available, selectable from the LCD screen control panel. These presets are grouped into 6 different loudspeaker configurations, and each group has 3 different DSP setups to allow the user to choose depending on the purpose:
- S (Standard equalization): General equalization for standard music applications.
- B (Bass boost): +3dB boost to the subwoofer output for music applications with bass reinforcement.
- V (Voice equalization): Emphasizes the mid-high frequencies for speech applications, enhancing intelligibility.

- Presets 7/8/9: Uses 2x LABI1-CAC accessories. The upper column must be installed upside down.
- Presets 10/11/12: Configuration shown with two column speakers and one subwoofer.
8. Passive Loudspeakers Systems
The LABI ONE series can also be used in passive systems with external amplification. The LABI1-SB18 passive subwoofer is designed for fixed installations. System configurations depend on user needs, subwoofer placement, and room acoustics. Placing a subwoofer close to surfaces increases its efficiency.
For outdoor use of LABI1-C100i, the LABI1-ODCNX outdoor kit is required to protect connections.
