Installation Overview
The product requires fixing locations. The tap features a water entry point and a rear cable entry point.
Basin/Worktop Thickness: Maximum 57 mm, Minimum 3.5 mm.

Wall Installation (WD06)
The motor unit is designed to be located behind the stud wall within a supplied metal enclosure. Vertical wall studs must be constructed to allow the enclosure to fit between them. A horizontal wall stud is required to support the main weight of the unit and correctly position the tap stem.

Basin Specification
The Dyson Airblade Wash+Dry is compatible with most basin types. It is recommended to avoid basins with plugs that swivel or elevate.
Recommended basin characteristics to avoid:
- Flat bases immediately surrounding the drain hole (nominally within a 60 mm radius).
- Sloping back and front wall transitions in relation to the basin base.
Basin Dimensions:
- Minimum width: 350 mm
- Front to back (minimum): 300 mm
- Minimum depth: 100 mm
- Maximum depth (WD05 only): 200 mm (external measurement of vessel basin)
Basin Materials:
- Avoid highly polished surfaces like reflective chrome.
- Porcelain or brushed metal is ideal.
- When multiple taps are installed side-by-side, tap centres should be a minimum of 580 mm apart.
