Serial line yana farawa a cikin rashin aiki. Farawa bit yana canza jerin layin zuwa yanayin aiki na ɗan lokaci kaɗan kuma yana ba da wurin aiki tare don mai karɓa. Saukewa: RS485

Ana amfani da RS485 a aikace-aikace inda na'urori da yawa ke son raba hanyoyin sadarwar bayanai akan layin watsa wayoyi 2 guda ɗaya. RS485 na iya tallafawa har zuwa direbobi 32 da masu karɓa guda 32 akan bas ɗin waya guda ɗaya (Twisted biyu). Yawancin tsarin RS485 suna amfani da gine-ginen Abokin ciniki/Server, inda kowane rukunin sabar ke da adireshi na musamman kuma yana amsa fakitin da aka yi magana da shi kawai. Duk da haka, cibiyoyin sadarwa na zamani da na zamani suna iya yiwuwa.
Saukewa: RS422
Yayin da RS232 sananne ne don haɗa PC zuwa na'urorin waje, RS422 da RS485 ba a san su ba. Lokacin sadarwa a cikin ƙimar bayanai mai girma, ko kuma a kan nesa mai nisa a cikin mahallin duniya na ainihi, hanyoyin da ba su ƙarewa ba sau da yawa ba su isa ba. RS422 da RS485 an ƙera su don samar da hanyoyin sadarwa na bayanai a kan nesa mai nisa, ƙimar Baud mafi girma da kuma samar da mafi kyawun rigakafi ga hayaniyar electro-magnetic waje.
