Before You Begin

Location of Controls

Earbuds:

Getting Started

Charging the Case:

To charge the case, connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power source. The LED indicator will show the charging status.

Powering On/Off:

Power On: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on.
Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

Bluetooth Pairing

Connecting to a Device:

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will enter pairing mode.

2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device, go to Bluetooth settings and select 'ART+SOUND LED TWS' from the list of available devices.

3. Once paired, you will hear a confirmation sound.

Warranty Information

This product is covered by a limited warranty. Please refer to the warranty card included in the box for details.

Troubleshooting

Issue: Earbuds not connecting to Bluetooth.

Solution:

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
Make sure the earbuds are charged and powered on.
Forget the device in your Bluetooth settings and re-pair.
Reset the earbuds by placing them in the charging case and holding the button on the case for 10 seconds.

Issue: No sound from one earbud.
