Download the 'AIRSTEP Updater' app on your mobile device. Ensure Bluetooth and location permissions are granted. To enter firmware update mode on your AIRSTEP, ensure it is powered off, then press and hold the designated footswitch (often the 4th footswitch) while turning the power on. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to complete the update.
