• Why is my WAITIEE wireless charger LED flashing blue and green?

  A flashing blue and green light usually means Foreign Object Detection (FOD) is triggered or your phone is misaligned. Remove any metal objects, pop sockets, or credit cards from the back of your phone, and make sure to center it on the charging pad.

• What power adapter is required for my WAITIEE 3-in-1 charger?

  To ensure all three devices charge safely and efficiently at the same time, you must use a Quick Charge 3.0 (QC3.0) adapter (typically 9V/2A or 12V/2A). A standard phone adapter will not provide enough power.

• Can I wirelessly charge my phone with its case on?

  Yes, as long as your phone case is no thicker than 4-5mm. However, any case with metal rings, magnetic plates, or built-in wallet features will prevent wireless charging and should be removed.
