Operation Steps

1. Connect the charger to a 9V/2A, 9V/2.7A, or 12V/2A adapter using a Type-C quick charge cable to power it on.
2. Place your phone on the wireless charging pad to begin charging.
3. Insert the USB plug of your Apple Watch charging cable into the USB connection on the charger's Apple Watch cable port. Route the cable through the designated storage area. Place your Apple Watch onto the magnetic charging spot; it will attach and begin charging. It is recommended to roll the watchband to its smallest setting for optimal charging.
4. Connect your earphone case to the charging connector.

LED Light Ring Instructions

• Green light is on: Standby mode or the phone is not charging.
• Blue light is breathing: Wireless charging the phone.
• Blue and Green light flash: Foreign body detected or the phone is misaligned. Charging will automatically stop in this state.

Touch ON/OFF the light: Tap the touch-sensitive key to control the LED light ring.

For devices supporting 15W fast charging, a 9V/2.7A or 12V/2A adapter and quick charge cable are required. Failure to use the appropriate adapter and cable may result in slower charging, inability to charge multiple devices simultaneously, or potential damage to the charger.

Attention

• Keep the charger away from water or other liquids.
• Ensure the charger is disconnected from the power supply before cleaning.

Troubleshooting

1. Interrupted or Slow Charging:

• Ensure the back of your phone has no metal attachments, pop sockets, or credit cards.
• Center your phone on the charging surface to align the charging coils.
• Note that the wireless charging coil on Sony phones may be located slightly below the center.
• Phone cases should be no thicker than 5mm for effective charging.
• Verify that the adapter used is a QC3.0 fast charger.

2. Failing to Charge Device:

• Restart your cell phone and try with a different USB cable.
• Check if the indicator light turns on.
• Confirm the adapter is a QC3.0 Quick Charger (Output: 9V/2A). The original iPhone adapter is not compatible.
• Check your phone case thickness (≤5mm). Metal rings or magnetic pads are not compatible.

3. Persistent Issues:

• Try replacing the cable connecting the wireless charger.
• Reboot your phone.
• Unplug and reinsert the adapter.
