Operation Steps

1. Connect the charger to a 9V/2A adapter using a Type-C fast charge cable to power it on.
2. Place your phone onto the wireless charging area.
3. Insert the USB plug of the Apple Watch charging cable into the charger's designated USB connection for the Apple Watch. Route the cable through the storage area. Place your Apple Watch onto the magnetic charger (roll the watchband to minimize it for better charging).
4. Plug your earphone case into the connector to charge.

Answer Questions (Troubleshooting)

1. Experiencing interrupted or slow charging? Check the following:

• The back of your phone should not have any metal pop sockets or credit cards.
• Place the phone in the center of the charging surface to align the charging coils.
• Note: The wireless charging coil on Sony phones is located slightly below the center.
• Phone cases should be no thicker than 4mm for effective charging.
• Ensure the adapter is a QC3.0 fast charger.

2. Failing to charge your device? Try the following:

• Restart your cell phone and test with another USB cable.
• Check if the indicator light turns on.
• Verify the adapter is a QC3.0 Quick Charger (Output: 9V/2A). The iPhone original adapter may not be compatible.
• Check your phone case thickness (must be <= 4mm). Metal rings or magnetic pads are not compatible.

3. Still experiencing issues with the recommended wireless charger, QC3.0 Adapter, and no obstructions?

• Replace the cable connecting your wireless charger.
• Reboot your phone.
• Unplug the adapter and reinsert it.
