  Adjust the focus ring or keystone correction on the projector. Ensure the device is placed within the recommended projection distance range, and clean the lens with a soft cloth.

• How do I connect my phone to the projector?

  For iOS devices, use Screen Mirroring via WiFi connection. For Android, use the Cast or Multi-screen function. Alternatively, connect via a wired HDMI adapter or USB cable depending on your model.

• Why can't I stream Netflix or Hulu from my phone to the projector?

  Due to HDCP copyright restrictions, streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ often prevent screen mirroring. To watch this content, connect a TV Stick (Roku, Fire TV) or log into the apps directly if your projector has a built-in smart system.

• How do I reset my VANKYO projector?

  Navigate to the Settings menu on the homepage, select System, then About, and choose Reset to restore the projector to its factory default settings.
