SureCall support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • Why is my indoor signal still weak after installation?

Weak indoor signal can be caused by obstructions like terrain, foliage, or building materials (metal, low-E glass, concrete). Ensure your outdoor antenna is mounted as high as possible and aimed correctly at the nearest cell tower using the SureCall app.

  • How do I register my SureCall device?

You can register your new product for warranty purposes at www.surecall.com/activate. You must also register the device with your wireless provider before use.

  • What do the lights on the booster indicate?

During initialization, the LED may flash Yellow/Red, which is normal. If the Power LED remains off, check the power supply. Refer to your specific model's user guide for detailed error code meanings related to oscillation or overpowering.

  • How can I find my nearest cell tower?

You can use crowd-sourced resources like cellmapper.net or the SureCall mobile app to locate the nearest tower and determine the optimal direction for your outside antenna.

  • Does the exterior antenna need to be grounded?

Yes, SureCall recommends that all outside antennas be properly grounded to prevent damage from electrical surges. A lightning arrestor is often available as an optional accessory.
