Reencle support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I properly care for the microorganisms in my Reencle Prime composter?
The microorganisms act like a digestive system, using oxygen and heat to break down waste. Keep the stirring chamber filled to the MIN line and avoid adding overly salted foods or large amounts of watery waste at once.
-
How often do I need to empty the Reencle composter?
Once the decomposed waste reaches the limit line inside the stirring tank, use the included shovel to scoop out compost until it reaches the minimum line. Always leave compost up to the MIN line to continue the fermentation.
-
Can I put bones or plastics in the Reencle composter?
No. Avoid putting any plastics, glass, metals, wood, compostable utensils, bones, or other materials that humans cannot eat into the Reencle composter.
-
What should I do if my Reencle composter smells bad?
If you notice a bad odor, press the deodorize button on the control panel. You should also replace the purifier filter located on the back of the machine every 9-12 months.
