Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
Use the cradle height adjuster to set the position of the fit system, then turn the adjustment wheel at the back (or adjust the side arms) until the helmet sits securely without slipping. Ensure the chin strap is tightened comfortably without covering your ears.
It is recommended to replace your helmet every 3-5 years, or immediately if there is any indication or suspicion of damage after a direct impact, as the impact-absorbing properties may be compromised.
Clean your POC helmet only with mild soap and water. Avoid using hydrocarbons, paints, or cleaning fluids like bleach and ammonia, as these chemicals can dramatically decrease the helmet's protective properties.
POC warrants that its products are free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a limited period (typically one year from the date of purchase, or longer if stipulated by local law) when delivered to an authorized dealer.
Firmware updates are done over the air (OTA) via the POC companion app. Ensure your headset has at least 50% battery life remaining before starting the update, and follow the on-screen instructions in the app.
