    Download the update file from Ownice official customer service to a formatted USB disk. Do not change the file name. Insert it into the device, navigate to Settings > System > System Upgrade > System Local Upgrade, choose 'wipe data and format flash', then choose USB to start. Do not turn off the device during the process.

  • Why is my Ownice steering wheel control not working?

    If your device uses a Canbus, ensure it is connected correctly and select the correct CAN Type in the software. For non-Canbus units, check that the Key 1 and Key 2 cables are connected correctly, then reset the steering control function.

  • How do I connect to wireless CarPlay on the Ownice AI Box?

    Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and connect it to the device. Once paired, open the Zlink or TLink application to automatically launch the wireless CarPlay mode.
