  • How do I check voicemail on a Nextiva phone?

    To check voicemail, dial *86 from your Nextiva phone. When prompted, enter your PIN (the default is often 0000) followed by the pound (#) key.

  • How do I perform a warm transfer?

    While on a call, press the Transfer button and dial the recipient's number. Wait for them to answer so you can announce the call, then press Transfer again to complete the process.

  • What is the default PIN for Nextiva voicemail?

    The default PIN for new accounts is typically 0000. You will usually be prompted to change this to a secure 4-digit PIN during the initial setup.

  • How do I set up a Poly device with Nextiva?
