Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
LIGE smartwatches use different companion apps depending on the specific model. Common apps include Da Fit, FitCloudPro, H Band, and QWatch Pro. Please check your user manual to confirm the correct app for your device.
Most LIGE smartwatches use a magnetic USB charging cable. Align the magnetic pins on the charger with the metal contacts on the back of the watch and plug the other end into a 5V USB power source.
Many LIGE watches are rated IP67 or IP68, making them resistant to splashes, rain, and hand washing. However, they are generally not recommended for hot showers, saunas, or deep diving. Always verify the specific rating for your model.
Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, but do not pair the watch directly through the phone's Bluetooth settings initially. Instead, open the specific companion app (e.g., Da Fit), navigate to the device section, and select 'Add Device' to bind the watch.
Sleep tracking usually requires you to wear the watch comfortably while sleeping. Note that many models only record sleep during specific windows (e.g., 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM) and may not record short naps.
