For many LANCOM devices running newer LCOS versions, the default username is 'admin' with no password (empty). For older firmware versions, both the username and password are 'admin'. It is recommended to change this immediately upon initial setup.

How do I reset my LANCOM device to factory settings?
Most LANCOM devices have a dedicated reset button. Press and hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds (until the LEDs flash) to reset the configuration and restart the device. Pressing it for less than 5 seconds typically only triggers a restart.
